The products and customer service with this company is just Super! They bend over backwards to solve any problems, complaints or customer questions. I really like the Capsacian soft gel capsules. I feel like my energy has returned and blood flow has improved.

I was inquiring about my order while on the phone the agent told me my order was returned for lack of proper postage??? A new order with free shipping was to be done in a day a day or two.
In the meantime, i reached out to support and they informed me the order was shippes

you contacted me back immediately and gave me the answer I was looking for, which resulted in an order. I'm so used to companies out there that claim to be companies interested in our physical and psychological well-being, but you can't contact them, and they never contact you back, especially the ones who rope you into a subcription when you did not intend to order that way.

The cayenne softgels with beet root have done wonders for my BPH. As promised, it took several weeks for the impact to be felt, but my system has been more balanced and free-flowing as a result.

Item was delivered as advertised and in a timely matter. I have taken two days and possibly feel positive effects already .

My first package of Auravita suggested taking 3 capsules , but that amount, all at once, gave me heartburn. Then, I received an email from Auravita suggesting only 1 capsule with food, three times a day. Thanks for the suggestion, as it reduces the heartburn by doing so.

I request that my subscription be halted. The team at Aurivita we professional and understanding to my reasons . It was a pleasure doing business whit them . Truly a stand up company. Thank you

Love the results I get with the Capsaicin Powder. Reordering was easy and I got a better price with discounts and coupons. Looking forward to trying several other products in their catalog.

Ease of order, auto order

They reached out to me, thinking they had shorted me on a recent order. In truth, they had shipped it, just like they had said they would. I appreciate a company that went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their entire experience (from order thru receipt) and be willing to possibly ship me a double order without me even complaining about it. That kind of customer service is uncommon these days but DEEPLY APPRECIATED.

I generally grade on the curve which brings this experience to the upper end of what I expect. Not outstanding, but above average.

I have absolutely no issue with the service provided by Aurivita but unfortunately the product has had no impact on my life

On 8/7/2026 I received a message that My original order was being replaced as no confirmation of delivery had been received and tracking indicated that the order had been out for delivery for 7 days. I had, in fact, received the order via USPS within 2 days of the out for delivery notification and replied as such. It is refreshing to see a company that committed to order fulfilment. I could mention several others who should take notes.
