AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAMMERS

Would give zero stars if possible - wish I had looked at these reviews before signing up but was taken in by their sponsored ads on social media promoting this game changer for PCOS sufferers.

Product doesn't work and when you try to cancel the link to manage your subscriptions never appears. Despite MULTIPLE emails to support I've either had no response or one that wasn't helpful. I have contacted my bank and am now pursuing a complaint with trading standards but will continue to email until I get confirmation it's been cancelled and how to return the latest product which is 'on the way' despite my request for the subscription to be cancelled last month.

This company is the biggest SCAM

This company is the biggest SCAM, a company that plays dumb when you're trying to contact them, a company that puts you on a subscription when you never asked for it, a company that won't allow you to cancel subscription when you email them over 100 times, at the end of the day this company is the BIGGEST FAKEST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS, if your stuck on a subscription, don't kill yourself trying to contact these fools, just go to your bank to deal with it cause this company will never contact you back so good luck to everyone 👍🏾🙏🏾

Beginning to think this is a huge scam…

Beginning to think this is a huge scam based on other experiences too. I tried to cancel my subscription, never got a link to my profile, emailed and did get a response saying they have suspended my subscription but two more orders have gone through and several emails to cancel I now never heard back.
Don’t trust them.

I’d give zero stars if possible

I’d give zero stars if possible. So far it’s been impossible to cancel my subscription, which I didn’t realize I had until after ordering. No one from customer service has reached out to me. The product did not work as advertised, or at all honestly. They must be paying for positive reviews because this is one of the worst companies for product and customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I suppose I’ll have to try to find a way to dispute the charge and the last shipment that has been sent as of today, even though I’ve followed all instructions to try to cancel. I hope more people see this review and know to be wary of this company!

Bought Aurlux as gift for daughter

Bought Aurlux as gift for daughter. Then I rcd 2nd charge for next item being posted mthly sub! Oh no, my daughter doesn’t live with me. Customer services true to their word, were 1st class, offered full refund, or 50% if I kept item, plus they would cancel subscription so not to happen again. Fantastic service. No scam, just pure professional business. Thank you.

I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed. Women with hormone issues have course hair growth.
This product may work on baby fine hairs but definitely not on my course black hair.
I compare this product to Neet hair removal. Save your money gals

Aurlux is either fraudulent or the most incompetently run company on earth

This company is shady and the product doesn't work. I noticed in time that they were trying to sign me up for a subscription without me noticing and was able to cancel it, but that doesn't seem to be the case for most people and I'm already expecting recurrent charges based on others' experiences.

Customer service is non-existent. The website says they respond to emails in 24 hours and have a 60-day guarantee, but neither of those is true. There is no customer service number, only an email that no one ever checks, apparently. There's a special place in hell for companies like this that take advantage of vulnerable populations.

UPDATE: After 4 weeks of emails, I have received a partial refund (because my original purchase was a buy one, get one free, they only refunded half of the item I paid for. Just another shady business practice). Judging from other reviews, I was lucky to even get that much resolution.

I wish I could give this company a BIG FAT ZERO STAR!!
Don’t buy cause you can’t cancel subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription for the last few days and now they are wanting an email to log in to manage your subscription. I would do my email and they would never send me a link.
All I want is my subscription to be cancelled for good so I don’t get charged. They don’t even care about the costumers they only care about the money. SO DON’T BUY!!!
I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED NOW!!!!

Unhappy customer!

I’ve been sending them emails for the past couple of months trying to cancel my subscription as this product didn’t work & I’m not happy with it at all. They answer some of my emails but won’t cancel it for me as the products keep being sent to me. I didn’t realize when I first ordered it that I was going to be locked in to a subscription that just keeps coming. I just want it canceled & it’s not happening!! I’m so frustrated & angry with this company.

Awful company

Awful company. Cannot cancel subscription that they automatically sign you up for! I have tried to cancel since 3rd december. They bombard you with junk emails but dont reply when you want to cancel. Cream doesn't work. DO NOT BUY

Appalling, it’s got to be a scam. You attempt to cancel and they don’t respond and they continually take money out of my account. It’s supposed to be a money back guarantee but it doesn’t exist. Expensive, stinky, not worth your money

Expensive, smelly and does not do a great job. I bought for myself and sister to try. It works just like any other hair removal cream and smells as well. Results last a day or two as it does not get all of the hair it just melts the on top. I’ve used it three times now and it’s not good. I still have heaps of product because I got caught in an auto subscription. So I purchased four packet to give it a go and now have more being sent to me :( was hard to cancel as well.

Worst company and customer service I…

Worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. Have yet to even receive the first product I ordered over a month ago, cannot get any response from multiple emails sent wanting a refund, and just got charged for a second product when I’ve yet to receive the first product!!! Still no response from any customer service emails. No number available to call and speak with anyone. Don’t ever do business with this company

impossible to cancel

Editing to Add- I was finally offered a full refund based on this review if I would remove my negative feedback. I said no to leave this warning for others, but have still not received ability to cancel the subscription.

If you used a service like PayPal you can go in to your settings and remove their ability to charge you.

This product did not work. Their website does not give you a login, you have to request permission to log in. I have requested this at least 10 times by entering my email, with no response. However, I get their sales emails every single day.

I have emailed the service email at least 3 times with no response.

I have also messaged on Facebook, with no response.

It appears that Aurlux monitors these messages, so I would love to have a direct way to contact them to request a stop on my subscription.

Terrible! Does not work and can’t get canceled

Hair removal cream did not work and caused severe skin issues for me. Tried multiple times to cancel the unwanted subscription but never received the email link. Also tried emailing many times since receiving and trying the first shipment requesting cancellation. Only received a few replies directing me to use the email link request to cancel and now no response at all. ???!!!

Satan’s Hair Cream

Got my shipment in today and used the product. I was only able to leave it on my face for 3 minutes before it started to feel like I was on fire. Now my face is irritated and is even bleeding in various spots. I also didn’t realize that I was signing up for a subscription and can’t cancel as the email link hasn’t been delivered after multiple requests.

ZERO STARS!
The worst customer service I have ever received. Still going back and forth on email trying to get a refund. After telling them to cancel my subscription months ago and actively doing this myself on the website 3 times! I’m actually shocked with the level of incompetence of this company. I have emailed pictures of my return twice now without any acknowledgement of how to return this (ie orders I did not order and did not want as I had cancelled my subscription long before and made it clear the product itself is utterly garbage!).
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Total scam and the customer service team are an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs!
Being a hairy beast is worth never having to deal with these utter eejits!

AVOID - you’ll get automatically enrolled for a subscription that you can’t cancel

AVOID - if I could give 0 I would. Placed an order in October and got automatically signed up for a subscription. Which they then took money again two weeks later before I’d even tried the products, this is when I realised a subscription had been set up. Customer service completely ignored my request to cancel and asking for a refund, just sent emails containing ways to manage my subscription and to let them know how I wanted to proceed. Even telling them cancel and refund they kept repeating what they were able to offer (terrible customer service and shit products). They refused to cancel again and I got charged for a 3rd time, I ended up contacting my bank to put a block on them taking more. They still keep emailing me for payment and advising ways to manage my subscription again not listening to what I’m saying. Honestly please don’t waste your money with this company- I haven’t actually used the product due to not initially having the time but after reading reviews I won’t waste my time. Was charged 3 payments, received 1 lot of product and had nothing but stress trying to reach out to them. Please AVOID

In response to there reply, I have emailed multiple times to be met with the same excuses that you can give me discount on my subscription etc, each time I’ve said no and to cancel. Today you have emailed me for the 4th time to say you can’t take payment and will try again in 2 days - I replied to the first 2 emails again stating that I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund .. to be ignored again. This response is purely for show, they do not value their customers or take any complaints seriously.

I cant give 0 stars but that is my…

I cant give 0 stars but that is my rating. Not only does the product not remove unwanted hair, it also burnt my skin.
I only wanted to test it out as all other products have failed to remove my pcos hair but they signed me up to an auto refill and when I wanted to cancel they took me in a 360 loop. I finally have cancelled my prescription but I know how 3 unopened boxes of crap which I didn't even want.
