It’s fake. Half price shoes. Nearly 4wks to arrive. Nothing like the picture. Piece of cheap suede and a plastic base that the picture shows cork. Not orthopaedic. No arch. Rubbish

Really nice quality leather bag

Purchased a dress original price £60 reduced to £32.99. What arrived after 3 weeks was nothing more than a rag. Nothing like the picture such poor quality. When I asked for a refund told I’d have to send to main warehouse in China or I could have a 15% refund (£4.95) and they suggested I gift to a friend! I wouldn’t even give this rag to a charity shop. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

They are not in London they are in Asia
No refund policy in place you have to pay for return then your refund is not a full one.
This company needs reporting and taken down

Does not even des 1 star wish I had read the reviews. Dress was nothing like the picture the sizing is out and the quantity is substandard. I am trying to get a refund and 2 months later still no joy they are now asking for a video. For gods sake it’s not right just refund me. Don’t ever buy from them

Really wish I’d read reviews before making my purchase. Along with everyone else ego has left similar comments DO NOT buy from this site. Dress purchased is nothing like image on site. Poorly make, not true to size, cheap & nasty fabric & returns are a JOKE! Better service & quality from other well known China sites.

Wish I’d have read these reviews. Nothing about London it’s a beautiful dress in the photo but when it arrived weeks later (clearly uk based company) it was thin shyte material paid £35 not even worth £5!!!! Do not buy! SHEIN is better quality than what I have received plus the dress is a lot shorter than advertised.

Awful company; nothing more than a scam. The only positive aspect is that I paid using PayPal and they gave a full refund after I initiated a dispute. The company uses a .co.uk website but items (which are very low quality, badly made and inaccurately sized) can only be returned to China at the seller's expense: £35. This is despite a return address of Southall on the label. They offer all sorts of discounts to get your to cancel the PP dispute, implying it won't go in your favour but once PP took a look at those emails they gave the refund. Avoid this scam.

Cannot believe I was fooled into purchasing from this company. Hideous dress looking nothing like the picture awful quality too. Looked at returns and yes you have to return to Asia tracked and that would cost me more than the dress !

Looks like I have done my dough. Checked the return policy before ordering but no mention of returns being in china. Shoes have never turned up and even if they do, looks like the shipping is worth more than they’re worth. Very annoying !!

Total scam, the item was described as leather but was a nasty stretchy vinyl material when it arrived. The returns process is also a total scam, I wish I'd read these reviews before I bought the bag. Absolutely shocking quality. Do not buy anything from this retailer!

This is not a UK company! Another Shein! After selecting an advert on Facebook I Bought some boots thinking I was buying from a London company. £35 for a pair of boots that look nothing like the image. Cannot return as returns we’d to be shipped too Asia and the cost will be more than I spent on the boots. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid!
Items take 10-12 days to arrive from China, do not look anything like the item on their website. They decline to offer full refunds and instead try to persuade you to keep the item and they will refund you 15%. They say that they use this method to try and limit their carbon foot which is complete nonsense. They are violating UK Consumer law

The name is misleading - Aurora London. They are based in Asia, therefore the item took forever to get here. The quality of the item I purchased is so awful. Its cheap material put together and claims to be a dress.
Their return policy states that the buyer foots the bill for returns - which need tracking. This would cost the same as the dress I purchased!
So they are offering 15% refund and I keep the dress (or piece of black material)!

Very misleading!
They claim to handcraft the items in Italy or Spain, but the shipping details show they come from China.
They claim to be made from leather but they are plastic.
As I’m trying to buy local and avoid plastics I feel very cheated.

Absolute scam. Do not buy from this company. The shoes I received were little more than cheap material sewn on to cardboard and nothing like the photo They will not give a full refund only a small percentage unless you pay a fortune to return the item. They are taking money from gullible customers. I seriously regret putting any trust in them.
