DO NOT BUY FROM AURORA CLASSICS.
I ordered a jacket that claimed to be wool, lined, 1.3kg heavyweight. It was none of these things. Very cheap material, unlined. Not remotely similar to what was described and pictured and so cheap looking it was unwearable. When I complained to them they only offered a 10% refund or for me to pay the return freight. I pushed back and then they offered a 30% refund. Absolute scam.

Absolutely gutted I didn’t read reviews prior to purchase. $89 plus shipping for a supposedly wool blend jumper. Shocked when it arrived to see it’s 100% polyester and looks like a $15 temu item. Have been offered a second item for free as long as I pay a $30 shipping fee!! Seriously do not buy ANYTHING from Aurora Classics. It’s a total scam

Yes its a scam site. However there is hope. I have been given a lifeline and promised a refund from BNZ. You must show clearly that the item is not what is described in their website. And get onto it. The Auroraclassics say they abide by NZ Consumers Guarantees Act and they fight so hard to not give a full refund. They are pretty slick and make it very difficult to get anything. Will never buy from some online buyers again - thats how difficult it is.

Cheap quality shoes that were nothing like they were advertised to be. Very complicated returns policy so I took up their partial refund offer and put the shoes into an opportunity shop bin. Avoid this company.

Terrible to get replacement products, let alone a refund. Shocking quality of product, shoes fell apart after only 3 hours tops of wearing. Appalling, DO NOT PURCHASE from this business. It is set up to look like its a NZ company based in Queenstown- it most definitely is not!!! Products arrived after about 3 weeks and multiple email exchanges, they were in plastic ziplock type bags and came direct from China. If I could give this company a zero star rating I would!!!

Company is selling nz wool knit product what you receive is crap Temu 95% polyester and 5% spandex, totally false advertising and trying to return is so hard you have to pay for it to be sent back to china warehouse at your cost to

Bogus website. Not based in Queenstown, products are not as advertised. Goods received are low quality temu grade. Jackets and jumpers falsely advertised as wool when in fact they are polyester. I can't imagine i'll get my money refunded.....so gutted, ive been well and truly scammed. Don't go near it.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SHOP. they're an online shop because they really are not based in NZ but in another country and their supplier is a chinese store that sells SUPER LOW QUALITY items. When you see wool as the material of their clothing, it is not wool. You will surely receive temu-like clothing and the material used is polyester!! and they don't have organized customer support!

12 years? NO! seems like 12 days lol u don't know to handle a shop that's why u should close! FAKE ASS ITEMS!!!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. THE ITEMS ARE FAKE AS WELL AS THE OWNERS!

P.S dont confuse this with auroraclassics.com, they might copied that store to confuse the buyers lol
