I started 3 weeks ago best move I’ve made everybody so helpful and friendly nothing is a problem also had a work buddy who is amazing shown me everything also office staff so helpful and nothing is a problem wish I started in aurora .good rate off pay and also you can pick your own shifts amazing that’s all I can say

Amazing people to work for, very caring and passionate about their work and staff, only downfall is they hire too many staff and don't have enough work going.

Aurora are the best company we have used to date. The staff have all been carefully selected with a wealth of experience for the needs of the service. We have since employed 3 members of staff permanently and have regular staff on duty weekly.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the directors/office staff and are always contactable when needed. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have been with Aurora for a year now and what a amazing agency it is to work for. So understanding, so flexible, great pay and absolutely amazing management and staff. The app is great and there are always a variety of shifts available too. Great pay and you never feel pushed to do more hours than you're available to do. Such a good company to work for.

I am fairly new to Aurora, the sign up process was easy, very organised and responsive. The app makes it really easy to see what shifts are available. You are never pressured to do more hours than you can. Flexible working to suit home life needs. Lovely company to work for.

I have been with Aurora just over 1 year and only have good things to say ! With working part time hours around my husbands shifts aurora has been excellent for me as I'm able to pick what suits me best. They are so accommodating and approachable, always willing to answer any questions. There have been times where I have had a challenging shift and have received a message afterwards checking in which is lovely to feel cared about and appreciated rather than other companies where your just a number ! Thank you all 😁

They don’t follow up. I qualified for a part time position with a company that I know are always looking. The recruiter called me back and asked the same questions three times and then kept saying “oh, you answered already, my apologies”. She wasn’t as polished as what I’m used to. When we completed the screening, she asked me to come in that same week for an interview with the agency. No mentioned about the role and or population serving. Because i asked all the right questions she failed to provide, it was determined that position was not what I applied for. She said they have other positions and someone would call me back that same day. Two weeks later, no call. Yes it could have just been this particular rep (Nikki), but it made me look the other way about this third party agency.

I have been working for this company since April 2023 and find all 3 directors to be very professional, friendly, supportive and really lovely people. They also all have experience in the care field so they fully understand any issues that you may have. You can have as little or as much work as you want and you never feel pressurised into working when you absolutely can't. I would 100% recommend this company. Also the other agency staff that I have worked with have all been lovely people

How fortunate was I to have found Aurora!
From the initial phone call I made I knew this agency was something else. James, Leighton and Shani are professional, knowledgeable approachable and more importantly very supportive. They have many years experience working in Children’s residential care and are on hand to offer guidance and address any concerns that arise. The pay rates are excellent, training is provided and the team actively encourage and support any staff that wish to further their career in this field.
Managers of the residiential homes I have worked in, speak highly of Aurora and that counts for a lot.
Personally, Aurora has enabled me to pursue full time employment in this sector having worked 15 + years in a different area of health and social care. My only regret being - I didn’t join Aurora sooner!
