I ordered a product months ago that never arrived. I contacted them and they said it would come. It never did.

Aurora Stockholm - Awful product and service
I’ve just received the food chopper I ordered and paid for two weeks ago.
When arrived, the product was damaged and, more than this, it looked like it was used before. Also, it doesn’t work as described – the knifes do not attach properly to the handle, and they fall at the very first touch.
This is an unacceptable service and a real scam.
The proper thing to do, aurorastockholm.com, since you delivered a product that is damaged, used and not functioning, is to return me the money I paid for it.
