AURUM FOUNDATION and NEYRO BOT
AURUM FOUNDATION – CRYPTO PONZI SCAM – WARNING
I am writing this to warn everyone about Aurum Foundation. This is NOT a legitimate AI fintech company – it is a well-organized Ponzi scheme that is currently being investigated by multiple financial regulators worldwide.
I did my research before investing and wish I had found this information earlier. Please read carefully and share this with anyone considering putting money into this platform.
OFFICIAL REGULATORY WARNINGS
Aurum Foundation has been flagged by several official financial authorities:
Belgium (FSMA) – The Belgian financial regulator has placed Aurum Foundation on their list of fraudulent crypto service providers. The company is operating without the required MiCA license in the EU.
Hong Kong (SFC) – On June 22, 2026, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission officially listed Aurum Foundation as a "suspicious virtual asset trading platform." The company claims to be registered in Hong Kong but does NOT hold a license from the SFC.
New Zealand (FMA) – The Financial Markets Authority has issued a formal warning. The Russian Central Bank has already classified this as a financial pyramid scheme, and the Nigerian SEC has warned about classic Ponzi characteristics.
Slovakia (NBS) – The National Bank of Slovakia recently added Aurum Foundation to their warning list for operating without proper authorization.
HOW THE PONZI SCHEME WORKS
Unrealistic Return Promises
This is the first red flag. Aurum Foundation promises:
9.48% to 15.01% MONTHLY returns depending on your investment level ($100 to $1,000,000)
AI trading bots supposedly generating "+18.5% average monthly returns"
"0% risk" and "up to 270% annual returns" on flash loans
These returns are mathematically impossible in any legitimate market. The truth is simple: there are NO real trades or assets behind these numbers. They simply pay earlier investors with money from new victims – this is the classic definition of a Ponzi scheme.
MLM Structure – You Must Recruit
The entire business model depends on recruiting new victims:
15 affiliate ranks
Commissions for recruiting new members
"Full access" requires purchasing a $19.99 annual membership
"Referral Bonus" up to 150 USDT per person you bring in
If this was a legitimate investment platform, why would they need you to recruit others? Because without new victims, the whole thing collapses.
Withdrawal Traps
Aurum Foundation has built-in mechanisms to prevent you from getting your money back:
35% penalty if you withdraw within the first year – this is designed to stop a "bank run"
Virtual cards that cost $249 are simply blocked after payment – support goes silent
Multiple reports of people unable to access their funds after requesting withdrawals
WHO IS BEHIND THIS?
The people running Aurum Foundation are SERIAL SCAMMERS with a history of failed Ponzi schemes:
Jan Kroger – The former CEO is a puppet figure. No verifiable track record. Classic straw man used to give the company a "face."
Bryan Benson – Became CEO in February 2025. Founder of Unchained Ventures, which previously ran failed projects like Joinn Finance and BoF. Not someone you want handling your money.
Sal Khan – Promoter previously involved in the TLC Trading Ponzi scheme, which eventually collapsed.
Ahmad Zen – Marketing Director. Former promoter of the Earn World Ponzi scheme, which collapsed in July 2024 leaving victims with nothing.
Luigi Bruni & Lee O'Shea – Promoters who played major roles in the CashFX Group Ponzi scheme – a billion-dollar fraud that eventually crashed.
Critics have appropriately named this "CashFX 2.0" because it follows the exact same playbook.
THE "LICENSES" ARE FAKE
Aurum Foundation claims to have licenses and registrations, but let's look closer:
The Hong Kong registration is just a company incorporation – it is NOT a financial services license from the SFC
They claim "3 International Licenses" but never name them or provide verifiable links
The Dubai license does NOT replace the need for proper licensing in the EU, US, or any other jurisdiction
Each country requires its own specific financial license. A registration in one country does NOT allow you to operate in others.
