Misleading visa site — charged me, then ghosted my refund
I paid USD 36.90 on 29 Apr 2026 (order #8007 / receipt INV-2198) for an "Open pre-case registration" on aus-immi.org, thinking it was connected to the official Australian visa process. I needed a transit visa, realised the mistake the same day, and asked for a refund immediately.
An agent said they would help process the refund. Later Support said the fee was non-refundable, even though their registration page advertised "Refunded if not eligible to apply for assessment" and I never had a consultation. They sent a refund form; I submitted it on 8 May 2026. I followed up on 29 May and again on 6 July. No refund. They stopped being useful.
Do not use this site if you just need a normal Australian visa. Use the official government channels.
