The app was a total scam pls stay away and don't buy items from here and the items I got were flimsy and didn't even work and it was received 15 days late

Don’t order it all from Temu from china for 1000x the price. And took a month to come

First they charged me 3 times for dentures and did not refund even though I asked repeatedly before any dispatch, then there was a massive delay in recieving the item, I had emails to say it was delivered when it wasnt, when it was delivered still no refund for the other two I was charged for, and to say I was disappointed with what I received is an understatement, The dentures were nothing as advertised not soft silicone, but hard plastic and they looked like joke teeth, they wouldn't even fit my mouth, but would cause serious damage to gums and teeth if they could even be worn. I have asked again for a full refund of everything I've been charged for but have recieved nothing yet.

They said I would get a refund in 5-7 business days, so let's see.

SecureSmile Is a waste of money and they said they can’t return it due to hygiene reasons, i understand the hygiene reasons but you need to sell real products first not fake ones, that thing doesn’t even work

I would give 0 stars if possible, I wished I had read these comments before ordering and paying for the rubbish bra I was sent , doesn’t fit me at all it’s so so small, I’m not going to bother trying to get a refund as it is so difficult, I also want to add that the women on Pinterest who advertise these bras should be a shamed as I watch a video and got sucked it by it , I also thought that this company was in the uk but clearly it’s not , surly someone in authority should be investigating this as other people have commented they just take the money and deliver weeks late rubbish goods it’s a disgrace.

Scammers - although the website looks as though it is a London based company they are in China, when my 2 x Bras arrived total and utter rubbish after several emails back and forth requesting full refund turns out that I am responsible for the postage costs to CHINA ended up with a refund of 60% of the price so lost out big time and have ended up with something that is not as advertised, very poor quality and way smaller than I expected if I could give a minus score I would, please don’t make the mistake I did AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs.

False advertisement! Do not buy from them. They sold me a high quality metal weed remover and they sent a plastic one.
Also they called themselves Ausbury London but are based in China.
I do not know if it is illegal to con people on line in China but it is here.

I had to give it a star cause it won't let you go any further.
Avoid this company at all costs. I placed my order on 12th December and guess what I still haven't received it. They say there was a problem with my address and I had to contact the courier Yodel. I did and guess what they haven't even had the parcel and confirmed there is no issue with my address.
I no longer want the goods as I got fed up of waiting so asked for a refund, they keep fobbing me off saying they are looking into it and thank me for my patience, I am not patient I am absolutely furious.
They are holding onto my money. I look on the tracking and its still in China 😂...I have to laugh cause its just comedy.

I have buy items from them by mistake I buy size S and was need L I contact the support but no one replied, I try use options to cancel the item just 2 minutes after pay but option cancel is fake is all time show error, no, phone nr l.
They use EVRi the thief delivery company what your package never arrives, I recommend to block them by call your bank they still taking money with out buy , are smammers or fake business, is dangerous inform police or others authority about this scamming company, every time you want buy first look at Google feedback for the company you buy your item before you pay, I learn something.

I bought a special knife. It arrived broken and in poor packaging. I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for more than two weeks. They always reply to my letters and urge me to be patient, but I've had enough of that. Other companies would have replaced or refunded the product long ago. Don't buy from this company, They promise something different than what you get🙁

Absolutely shocking sent wrong item I’ve now got to send back and told me my otem last available and they will have to more or less Bev them to send it back I have loads of hassle when they can’t simply send out a simple order got sent wellis instead of a fleece absolute joke and now making it my problem to sort send me my fleece or refund I dons want wellies can they not dispatch right item or now making me feel I should be grateful if I do indeed get correct item as now out of stock disaster

What utter rubbish . On the advert says 30 day return no other instructions . I contacted them they refuse to refund me even though I have not opened the goods. I have just literally wasted my money . If I can spread the word what a sham they are I will they don’t deserve to be in business
If you buy from this company it is at your peril you will regret it big time . I didn’t even think they were worth one star but you can’t leave it blank.

Do not buy anything from this company. The product they send you is a total misrepresentation of the advertisement. When you complain they fob you off. Steer clear

Did not receive my package. Said it was delivered but won’t send delivery picture. Poor customer service. They don’t stand behind their product. Crooked company. They take your money but don’t send the item you purchase. Customer beware.

Took forever to receive, arrived damaged, too small, incorrect color, company unresponsive to requests to return. Total scam

Long delivery time and then when the hairdryer came it was for medium to long hair - I have short hair - and when I asked if I could return it all I get is a generic email saying that I can get 10% off my next order!! I don't ever want to order again from this company. They are Chinese so don't trust them!!!

Please do not buy anything from them. I was waiting more than three weeks for my shampoo never arrived. When contacted them they say it is been delivered but no proof of delivery.

Do not buy from these dubious people it’s a con the bras are rubbish and they only accept returns if you pay to return to China. They’re crooks I should have known better.
