I ordered and paid for the product but the delivery never came. After many emails the product never arrived so they said a refund was on its way.
Refund never came.

Worst seller I've ever come across. Will not answer my emails in regards to a faulty electrical appliance. Have opened a case with Fair Trading NSW

Product Was Advertised As a Satelite Internet Devise, What I Received Was a WiFi Extender Not The SkyNet Modem I Paid For. TOTAL SCAM Stay Away Or Get Ripped Off.
Clicked On The Open Dispute With PayPal In There Email I Received During The Purchase Process, But It Takes U To a Fake PayPal Site Where They Want U To Log In With Your PayPal Credentials.
Tried Emailing Them Today But It Bounced Back As Undeliverable.

I purchased vision glasses from this company, which do not live up to the description at all. Having contacted them several times about my complaint they tried to imply if I in Australian wanted a refund firstly it wasn’t their policy unless I returned the glasses and original packaging at my expense. I advised them of merchantable quality & I wished a refund in full. so far they have tried negotiating a percentage of cost which I have refused. Today I am issuing a complaint about this company to PayPal. Definitely do not buy this product what you receive is not what you believe you are ordering

It can improve by supplying the items they advertise. Wasted all my money on buying from them. Advertised good reading glasses and they are useless. Dont touch they are full on scammers

ordered tanning capsules received skin whitening capsules .. but according to them apparently they are the same product in different packaging. refuse to refund .. have to negotiate to get the minimum 50% refund .. they advertise as Australian but have my doubts as the items come from overseas .. all email replies are with AI

This company is an absolute scam. I’ve been fighting with them via email for 2 months. I ordered ever glow tanning capsules and received skin whitening capsules. I lost AUS$70. Was offered a 15% refund. Then a 50% refund. Their behaviour and conduct is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Do not ever deal with this business.

This company is a scam and they're doing this same thing TO EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER! They advertise a product and send something that doesn't match the order at all. They ALWAYS REFUSE a refund and offer a 30% discount. This is the fraudulent way this company makes its money.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are scam artists. The cream I bought (Vein Care) did absolutely nothing. But more than that, they offer a 60 day money back guarantee on the website if the product does not work. This is just to lure you into a sale. After about 36 days of trying, I let them know that it was having no effect at all and what to do about the refund as per guarantee. I was then told that returns and refunds were only possible within 14 days of purchase! How on earth does that even work when you have a 60 day money back guarantee? Anyway, I lost out, I hope this saves many others from the same.

I order their product and on the invouce it had an extra product that I didn't select.
When I contacted them they said that they couldn't cancel or refund because it was being shipped.
I drew their attention to their own website terms and conditions stating the following:
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as orders are processed and shipped promptly.
I had contacted them within 4 hours which is when I realised the error.
However, they would not honour their own policy.
Told me it was already being shipped yet it is only being shipped today 4 days after I advised them of the error.
Din't touch this compamy they lie.

I wouldn’t rate this company whatsoever
They sent me wrong products after too many weeks of waiting….only to blame me and then give me the run around …no communication within the company

And they expected me to send products back at my expense FIRST before refund
They lack any communication and they trick you buy selling you the wrong product and then stating that it’s your fault

We ordered a product from this Company, received a substitute. It looked ok,but took the product and made me ill. A ingredient that was not good. Wanted the proper product I ordered, but was told to return the other product. Found out it came from China and had to be returned there. They talked about C02 and environmental issues and paper wastage. Only wanted to refund 30%, even though ACCC allows full refund for a bad product. Got the to refund 50% after a lot of emails. This Company is hopeless, useless and a big SCAM. Don’t deal with them

Placed an order, but decided to cancel soon afterwards. Their policy states you can cancel orders within 24hrs. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. I tried to cancel my order, but was advised it couldn't be done, even though I had met their policy criteria. I was advised it was too late & that the order was being processed. Went back & forth to their Melbourne Head office & got absolutely nowhere. Was then advised I could get a refund( $59.95 ) once I had received the goods, even though the goods hadn't been picked, packed or shipped. I'm sure once I cancelIed the order. They ship them quicker? Even though it took 9-10days to receive my goods. Here's the problem, you have to send all orders back to China? Not Melbourne. The cost of sending them back is nearly if not more than the original purchase price. The sad thing is, that these morons in the head office no this dam well & just play hardball, ensuring monthly targets are met & of course the problem goes away. I wish I knew earlier about Truspilot as I saw another person had placed an order & tried to cancel it in 8 mins, but couldn't!! Definitely would try & avoid buying anything from this Company & its ethics!! Be careful when buying anything as this could be a possible scam with some products, but their ethics, is another thing altogether.

This company is untrustworthy and a rip off. Their policy says that you have 24 hours to cancel an order should you change your mind etc,
My partner changed her mind 8 minutes after placing an order and they are refusing to cancel the order and refund the money. stay completely away from them.
I would actually give them a zero or minus if i could for being so untrustworthy and lying to their customers

I went on their website and watched a video on full dentures, so I decided to order them. When I received my package I opened it and found plastic teeth and white beads. I was so upset. I will never ever buy anything from this fraudulent seller again because they scammed me.

This is a follow up on my last bad review. Company just kept denying wrong cream was sent. I went back and forth with them for weeks and weeks. They eventually offered a 50% refund. And surprise surprise - the cream doesn’t work!!! Worst experience ever!!!

I purchased "dentures" and received 2 x strips of hard unrealistic " costume teeth" with heat beads, totally different from the advertisement. The ad had photos of FULL dentures. The ones received are just plastic strips, unwearable and poor quality.
I do not recommend this company.

I brought my dentures from this company which I have not received yet the problem being they took an extra payment out that I did not authorise have sent an email waiting on a response but what I have read here I don't hold out much luck
