Great Customer Service!!

I can’t say that I have ever had an easier time working with customer service from any company other than Ausom. I had some brackets bend on my scooter from an accident in which I promptly emailed customer service to request some help in getting new brackets for the scooter. They responded within 24 hours and had a solution ready for me to be able to get to back riding. Definitely love their scooters but I may appreciate their customer service even more. Their customer service was very informative, professional, replied to my request unbelievably quick, and was willing and able to help me with my uncommon request. No hoops or haggles for help. Highly recommend!

The brakes are great, speed is good, suspension is good, emergency break system is a nice feature, and the appearance of the scooter is very nice.

Great scooters & great customer service

Great scooters! We’ve had a few issues (son bent the wheel and then later the scooter was not powering on). Their customer service was very timely with responding and helped resolve both issues quickly. So thankful! Would definitely recommend, especially after dealing with the customer service twice now.

Great E-Scooter


Straight forward scooter sale, With great customer service. This scooter is great! DT2 pro Has way more then enough power to get you anywhere and PLENTY of speed. Gets great millage and good stopping power. Suspension is nice and absorbs well. 100 miles in and many more to come with this Ausom scooter. Also customer service is A1. That’s why I went with this scooter in this price range it’s very competitive and great support by my side!

So I purchased the ausom l2 max dual…

So I purchased the ausom l2 max dual motor. But guess what, the scooter likes to overheat, I really think ausom scooters priority is to fix this issue and take notes from other brands, also the charger is a really big hassle because I have to put a fan near it every time to charge it, I think ausom is a good brand and I think they have really big potential in the budget scooters but they just need to fix a couple of issues that’s all and if they do I will most definitely be getting another.

Many places could take a lesson from Ausom on customer service

I think its pretty amazing that a company that is based on the other side of the planet can actually give really great customer service if they are motivated to do it and I have to say that Ausom really impressed me. Even though I started out assuming the worst, in the end everything that was said would be done, was done. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks!
