Misleading images and poor quality
It is not an Australian company, despite the name, and that they claim to have a warehouse in Sydney, but returns need to go to China.

This company is fraudulent and deceptive. They advertise that the shoes purchased is a company in Sydney, the shoes are orthopaedic, and they have a great return policy. All are lies!
The company sent shoes from China. The orthopaedic side is just a pop in pop out mat. From reading other reviews their return policy is non existent. I will not be returning the shoes. They advertise half sizes i.e. 8.5 but the shoes do not have any size on them, so I believe that they just give you the next size up i.e 9 in this example.
To top this off, I looked up Sketcher shoes on Google and guess what? There are the same shoes on Temu for just over $10! You will pay close to $60 from Aussie-Wear, claiming they are on sale!!

They know where to draw the fine line of the law.
The products advertised are wholly misleading, so does the return policy, as it does not state return address in China.
Remarkably they insist on FedEx.
With the reviews he is basking in the sun, since all are conned.
I do hope gov shuts them down.

Zero stars from me what a terrible product thought I was buying from an Australian company wish I had done my research before spending a ridiculous amount of money on poor quality rubbish shoes never again

A one star rating for this company is too high. Like many others, I have found that their products are not as advertised, that they are of poor quality and that they make it extremely difficult and expensive to return their defective items and receive a refund. I was hoping that I was dealing with an honest to goodness Australian company that had items made in China but that took responsibility for and pride in the quality of the products they sold to their fellow Australians. I have been very disappointed . Save your money and your time, don't attempt to do business with Aussie Wear.

This is not an Australian Company, They are in China and they send cheap knock offs and to get your money back you need to send the goods back to China which costs more than the item. Please complain to PAYPAL they need to be removed from paypal and facebook.

I purchased 2 knitted sweaters that were nothing like what was advertised. Was told they needed to be returned to China for a refund.
Cost me $40 postage and the parcel has been in customs in China since 24/04/25. I keep contacting Zoe Bartlett only to be told I have to wait for it to be delivered, Australia post tells me it will probably be returned to me.

An absolute CON. DO NOT buy from this company. Absolute rubbish. The poorest of quality. -0 Star Rating! Nothing like their photographed image of the product, in my case linen tops.
They offer a return for a refund. However the return must be sent to china and you must pay postage to China which is costly. ZOE provided me with an address which has now been returned to me after 6 months!! The address provided did not reach the destination!!!! Returned to Sender!!!

Not worth 1star. Bought shoes in Feb 2025, arrived March 2025. Very poor quality & sizing. Advised company & was sent return label. Paid cost to send back to China. Was advised by Zoe that when goods received I will be issued with a refund. What a load of rubbish!!!!! Chased up numerous times, always told good not received yet. Been 2 months. Please don't buy from this company. You will be very disappointed.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUSSIE-WEAR, they go under different names as well. They state they are based in Sydney but this is just a lie to try and gain customers trust. I believe they are based in the Netherlands but all products ordered are falsely advertised as supportive and orthopedic but they are just cheap inferior products available on Temu. These are drop shipped from China to the customer and then if you want a refund you have to send the products back to China. The postage cost to send back is worth more then the products and many people have stated that they received a bogus return address, with products never arriving back or mysteriously lost in transit, and thus they never received a refund. They have only recently added to their returns policy page that items need to be returned to Asia (or words to those effect) this has been confirmed by others as not being on their page until people have started complaining and reporting them. They have put this to try and cover themselves. Please report to your bank, put a dispute in or if you paid via PP do it that way. It may be a process but it is worth it to let these scammers know that people are not going to put up with what they do. If you see any ads on FB please warn other people, leave a comment, even if you just tell others to check out trust pilot before purchasing.

We purchased 3 pairs of orthopedic shoes from them since they claim to be from Sydney.
The products arrived poor quality, nowhere near big enough. Trying to return it they want us to Fedex it to China. Or they can offer 30% refund.
They are NOT from Australia. They are NOT from Sydney.
Transaction went to Visa SP Aussie Wear Den Haag which looks Dutch. This is clearly a scam

SCAM website. The bras received were nowhere near the sizing stated. I contacted them immediately and was offered a 10% refund to keep the goods. Given it was nearly $150 I declined. Found out at this stage it had come from Asia :O. This is NOT clear on their website! I paid the $40 odd shipping to send it back to China and addressed it exactly as provided. It went to China and then was delivered back to me this year... I have yet to follow up but not hopeful. PayPal were absolutely no help in recovering the funds either. So much for buyer protection! I will be reporting to ACCC.

This company are scammers. They are passing off Temu shoes for orthopedic. They are not. Buyer beware.

This company is not Chinese. The sandals are advertised as orthopaedic. They are not.

Don't buy!!!! They are advertised as orthopedic shoes. Absolutely not!!! The sole is as hard as nails. Total rip off!! Will cost me nearly as much to post back to China for a refund! Also, they lead you to believe they are Australian. (Aussie Wear Sydney) Not true!

They are not an Australian Company. Shoes are posted from China to Australia and then posted on. Basically a scam, thought I would be covered by PayPal, or even Australian Consumer Law. Best offer is to pay postage to China for refund or keep & receive at 10% refund. These are not orthopedic shoes, they are falsely advertised. Poor quality flat shoes worth less than $10 in K-mart.

I ordered two pairs of shoes apparently discounted by over 50%. These shoes would have been overpriced at 90% discount.
As they were too small, I had to return them but was advised by Aussie-wear (sounds Australian doesn't it - think again) that I had to send them back to China and pay all customs and cost. Postage amounted to $45. Needless to say, I didn't bother. They should be prosecuted for false advertising just by using the name Aussie-Wear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
