The ordering went smoothly and the packaging was quickly done. I ordered mainly soft drinks and they were safely wrapped. I particularly like that the shop offers food that passed its due date to a lower price. This is great to reduce food waste!

I ordered from Aussie Foods to treat myself for my birthday. It was my first order even though I visited the website many times before. I would have ordered much sooner if the delivery costs would be lower.
Otherwise I was really happy with the delivery.

Received everything I ordered about 2-3 days before I expected it. The packaging was great, no bottles were broken. Good variety on the site to bring back memmories of home.

I ordered a jar of Vegemite for a birthday present and the jar arrived safe and sound thanks to the thorough packing.

Tracking was easy and shipping times acceptable considering my parcel had to cross a few European countries.

Shipping costs are not the cheapest but still a few folds cheaper than if I had to order Vegemite from Australia.

That said when the my wife opened her present we realised quickly that the jar was out of date by at least a couple months.

Knowing I had paid full price ( and not the discounted price offered for about to expire or expired items ) I contacted AussieFoods asking to be sent a free jar or to fully refunded ( shipping costs included ).

I did so by using the email address provided. After a couple of days without news I contacted them again via the contact form on their website.

3-4 days later they replied informing me they had contacted their warehouse and arranged for another jar to be sent to me free of charges.

Overall I am very happy about how they handled the out of date hiccup; I would have preferred a more prompt reply. Hence the 4 star.

But all the rest was top notch.

Always purchase from Aussie Foods. Never had any issues. Fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased the mint slice biscuits, which I simply adore. They remind me of my childhood in Australia. I was so happy when I came across Aussie Foods while surfing the internet during the covid period. This is the second purchase which went really smoothly. The goods arrived earlier than expected and in perfect conditions. The problem is that my daughter and granddaughter love them too, so I will have to order them again soon
