Highly recommended moving service. Couldn't have gone any better. Arranging the service was made easy by Niamh and team, answering our many questions and getting us booked quickly.
The packing and removal was very well done, being gentle with our belongings, kind and accommodating to our family and done much faster than we expected.

I recently booked Aussie Man & Van to assist with my move, and this was my first experience using their services. I used them for my move and my table was completely broken. I then reported this as I had insurance, when it came to me claiming this back they then informed me that I had made a mistake on the form and had ticked yes and no box for the insurance. According to them this means that I had not asked for the insurance. I feel like if someone makes a clear mistake like this you should at least check with them what they actually meant to click instead of just assuming they don’t want something. It’s something that a scammer or an opportunist would do and I am a disgusted.

It was my first move in London so naturally it was a really stressful situation. However Aussie Man&Van co meet and exceed any expectation. The process of getting a quote to book the move to the actual day of the move it was seamless. Honestly couldn't be done better. Both representatives (Niamh & Caroline) were helpful when we spoke on the phone. Also the move crew. Both of them exceptional (unfortunately didn't really catch their names in the whole panic of the moment) but the fellas were on fire(please let them know I said thanks). Totally recommend the company.

A complicated move made very stress free by Aussie. From the office staff coordinating (I dealt with Chloe) and the 2 guys who came. Very polite, friendly, funny and professional. Even went the extra mile when they saw me struggling with a static bike. 10/10 experience

Very happy to have chosen Aussie Man & Van for our removal. They were very responsive since the first enquiry and managed to book our removal even with only one week notice. On the day of our move Aurelian and Henry had been absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, which was essential as we were part of a chain and we must have vacated our flat by the agreed time. They had been super efficient, polite and professional going above and beyond. I will surely recommend Aussie Man & Van to anyone who needs removal services and will definitely use them again in the future.

We were moving from West London to East London. The booking experience was straightforward and the team were very helpful and answered the questions I had ahead of the move. On the day the crew turned up on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. We had a drop off at storage on the way to the destination which was handled easily. The location we were moving to too had a complicated drop off process, but the crew identified a more efficient way and talked it through with us - which worked much better. The unloading was completed quickly and without fuss. All in all we had an excellent experience and would definitely use Aussie again!

A few issues with pricing but Lauren jumped in and dealt with them very swiftly. Were able to agree dates within a week which was great not having to give loads of notice. Would recommend!

I consulted almost a dozen companies before booking these guys and I’m so glad I went with them. They were the most affordable annd highly rated. Incredible value for money. The booking process was easy, the two guys who moved me were super lovely and incredibly efficient, got it done in less than the time I was quoted. Highly recommend!

Oleg and Eduard were punctual and efficient. The whole moving process was professional and our furniture was handled carefully. Booking team was also very responsive and helpful.
