Scammers who send invoices on a regular basis regardless of whether you are a customer or actually have a service with these scammers or not. This has been happening for the past 2 to 3 years at least. I have reported them to scam watch previously and asked them to stop sending me their scam invoices for $199.00, but to date, no response from Aussie host. I assume they expect consumers are so busy, they will pay the Invoice without checking. Very disappointing these people have not been shut down yet.

I joined Aussiehost in 2009 when I believe AussieBob actually owned the company.
Over the years they have progressively got worse. Support tickets would just go unanswered. Poor performance, shared IP being regularly blacklisted due to poor spam reputation. etc,
In December my websites just stopped working and I discovered that they had been transferred to a different (and very over-utilised) server.
Long story short, I migrated my web site across to VentraIP and have been very happy with their service, support and price, They were able to provide free SSL certificate so I could migrate my website to https://
Do yourself a favour. Stay away from Aussiehost.com

Wow, what a terrible company. Bob literally doesn't give a hoot. Support is terrible, unannounced extra charges all over the place, etc etc. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute disgrace of a company and Bob makes other Australians look worse by having "Aussie" in his company name.

I've been a customer of AussieHost for more than a decade and have been extremely happy with both their service and support during that time. Their response to queries is always rapid and helpful.
I recommend their services!
