Been a customer for a few months and have two servers running with ASH. They have done an amazing job simplifying the setup process and are incredibly supportive - even if you're like me and have next to no background in coding! I am genuinely impressed with how accessible their tech support team is. I have self-inflicted setting issues from time to time and I never have to wait for a response/solution.
If you want a stress-free server host experience - these guys are the BEST!!

Never run a server nor had to change Configs before - Decided to rent a server and run it off these blokes, due to me being so absolutely lost I've run into multiple problems. These guys have gotten back to me ASAP and fixed the problems within minutes! can't rate their support more.

Have had a few servers through these guys and they've gone smoothly every time. On the occasion I did need support (wanted to upgrade a server) they were super fast via the discord and had it wrapped up in minutes. 10/10

Any question you ask get answered within minutes. Any issues with the server and the admin will access it and fix any issues u have. Customer server is GOD TIER. Their prices are the best on the market from what i've seen and server stability so far has been amazing. I REALLY suggest them and will 100% be using them in the future.

I have started playing with my friends casually and so far everything has been great! I did mess up a bit but when talking to Aussie Servers, they were so quick to respond and help out!

I have been a long user of Aussie Server Hosts (5+ years). I have had some experience with other server hosting platforms but what sets Aussie Server Hosts apart from the rest is their support.

From helping me out getting my modded minecraft server to work, issues with 7 days to die and most recently my modded Terraria server; the support team have always been really helpful and fixed up all my issues. The team is quick to respond and help me out with any of my issues.

The easy to use UI of the server makes it so I can have some control over my server without being able to break the server.

Great servers and host. Fast and knowledgeable support who are always happy to help!

Was having issues getting a Server running personally for V Rising, so turned too "Aussie Server Hosts" because of their ratings here and their prices!
Had the same issue trying to connect, but their customer service/tech team replied very quickly and got my Server up and running!
Absolute 6/5 Rating (if I could haha)

I tried my best to set up the server on my own but ran into a couple hiccups, the discord help from Pikachu was super quick and had me going in less than a couple minutes.
