You really can't get better customer service.
Helped me when I couldn't set my server up (My fault on all accounts). One of the staff knew exactly what the issues were and remedied them immediately.

Have a server for Palworld and Valheim and my experience has been great.

Server performance is smooth as butter, and set up instantly. The customer service responded to an issue I had with a fix in under 5 minutes.

10/10 server providers. The performance, price, and customer service is better than any other I've used from shopping around. Don't know why you would ever go with anyone else!

Excellent service, Palworld currently has Early access / Alpha like issue's with its servers. My friends and I were experiecing lag spikes, and at 1130 at night within 1 minute of raising a question to aussie servers, were transferred to another server.

Fantastic customer service

I have used their servers for two different games (Valheim/Palworld) and both times I've recieved quick 5/5 service. Whenever I have any issues they help out very quickly, noting that I haven't experienced any server-specific issues with them before, any issues is rather to do with the games itself.

Even with a difficult custom modded server, the staff were able to guide me through the troubleshooting process of uploading my local save file.
