Like all the others yet another very negative experience with Aussies Website Agency.

After months of delays and incorrect work not completing any of my tasks and them all you using fake names Mathew Melloi, Simon Wilson, Paul Rodiguez, Jonus Muller communicating and replying with AI fake email messages.

I have asked for a refund and they have refused, so then I asked if I can have full access to my website and host details they disagreed without giving me any credentials or control of my own site that I have paid for in full.
To make matters worse, their coercion and intimidation tactics have continued by blocking my incoming emails to them and my IP address from blocking me from any communication, leaving reviews and not answering my phone call messages

They are currently being investigated by all relevant agencies.

If you’re looking for reliable and ethical service, stay far away from Aussies Website Agency and Aussie web shop.

I have proof that Aussie Web Shop and Aussies Website Agency are being run by the same people at the same time—likely scamming even more unsuspecting customers under different business names.

The so-called “employees” Matthew Melloi and Simon Wilson (if those are even their real names) are involved in both companies, using deception to take money without delivering on their promises.

I was personally scammed by Aussies Website Agency—after months of false promises and incomplete work, I left a negative review. That’s when they harassed and threatened me for hours over WhatsApp, demanding I remove my review in exchange for a refund. When I refused, they even threatened to post false negative reviews about my workplace. Now, after investigating further, I have discovered that these same scammers are operating Aussie Web Shop to target even more victims.

This isn’t just bad service—it’s fraud. They take your money, fail to deliver, then resort to bullying and intimidation when you call them out. I have already reported them to the NSW Office of Fair Trading and the ACCC for their illegal business practices, and I urge others to do the same.

DO NOT TRUST AUSSIE WEB SHOP OR AUSSIES WEBSITE AGENCY! Avoid these scammers at all costs.
