Excellent customer service from initial consultation, updates throughout and collecting the ring. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with the engagement ring for my fiancé and she said yes.

Went in today in the Chester branch and was met by Poppy. I told her what I was looking for and we went through different styles and cuts. Finally made my decision on which one to get and voila! Fantastic customer service, and friendly staff. Can't wait to pick up the ring and see it in person. The only thing I do want to comment on is the lack of sample rings, it would have been nice to see more. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Both Rachel and Sarah in Chester spent so much time with my hubby and I. I was looking for a ring upgrade for our 35th Anniversary. They were so friendly knowledgeable and we had a great chat too. Would defo recommend. I cannot wait for my ring which they are getting delivered to Liverpool for me. ♥️

I think your staff & how you lay out your jewellery store is very enticing, I go into the Chester branch shop & the manager Jean Lee is amazing with customers & her staff. So extremely knowledgeable. The diamonds are very beautiful & so easy to get caught up in wanting more.
My only complaint is that the bar from diamond to put through ear is too thick.

Highly recommend the Chester branch, in particular Jean who went above and beyond to help me find the best engagement ring within budget.

The team kept me informed throughout every process and contacted me to arrange an appointment to collect once in store. The team are friendly and are willing to help you in any way they can.

Sara was very welcoming, and straight away I felt at ease. I felt comfortable to try on as many styles as I liked in order to find my ring. I most liked that I was able to tweek the style I chose to make it perfect for me. I am really happy with my choice, and would definitely return in the future.

We were in Chester ring shopping and popped into A&B because we’d gotten so many instagram ads for them, we thought we’d see what the hype was about.

Luckily, we were served by Poppy, who is a credit to the store. She was by her own admission new, and still learning but she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She’s obviously learned a lot in her short time there and made choosing and buying a ring incredibly easy. After her help, getting a ring from A&B was a no brainer.

Jean was so incredibly helpful in me finding my wedding band. Not only did she facilitate a video call with me as I was not in the area, but she took her time to show me many different rings and how they would look with my engagement ring. She listened to what I wanted and gave me wonderful feedback. She was also very kind and professional through the process. I am truly appreciative of Jean.

However we completed our transaction/pickup with a very rude member of staff which makes me regret using A&B

We came in for wedding bands, and left with an amazing experience. Poppy and Sara were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome in busy circumstances. The bands are excellent and we can’t wait to wear them. We cannot recommend this store more.

Wow what can I say. We booked an appointment and we had arrived 30 minutes early so expected to be turned away but we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a cold glass of prosecco while we were expertly talked through styles and designs to choose for our engagement ring. Jean and I hit it off right away and even teared up when my partner and I were telling her our love story. I couldn't have hoped for a more special experience to choose this ring and we will remember it forever! Can't wait to receive my special unique ring and come and show jean! Thank you again!!
