I found Austen & Blake while browsing online for wedding bands. After spotting a few designs I liked, I looked up my nearest showroom and was pleased to find it wasn't too far away.

I visited on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and was seen straight away by Sam, who was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to talk through our options, answer our questions, and let us try on a variety of designs to help us find the perfect ring.

I left the showroom delighted, having narrowed it down to two beautiful options. Sam also emailed me all the details afterwards, which made it easy to compare them and think things over at home.

After a few days, I had made my decision but wanted to be absolutely certain, so I gave it a little more thought. A couple of weeks later, and after some email exchanges, I spoke with Sam over the phone and she arranged my order for home delivery, which was my preferred option. Even better, she was able to offer a price that was significantly better than the one shown on the website, which I was incredibly grateful for.

Throughout the entire process, Sam was helpful, friendly, and professional, making what can be a daunting purchase feel easy and enjoyable.

I can't wait for my ring to arrive, and I'm even more excited for the big day now.

I visited Austen & Blake in Liverpool looking for an engagement ring for my partner. Aimee was so helpful and went through all of the options with me and helped me choose something suitable.

Excellent shop. Cannot fault them. A stone fell out of my ring just under 5 years from buying it. Took it in expecting to have to pay for a replacement stone. The workshop examined the ring and the design had changed slightly from the time I'd bought mine so that all stones were now held in place more securely. They remade the whole ring free of charge because of the design issue. It took about 4 weeks to get my new ring, the same as when you order one to be made. Collected it from the Liverpool store, where I was served by Tom who had sold it to me previously, he made sure it fitted perfectly and I was happy with the new design which to the eye could not be seen but it did make all the stones more securely set. Also issued a new valuation certificate for insurance purposes, to cover the new ring which had more than doubled in price since buying 5 years ago. Would recommend this company unreservedly.
