Joined up with a premium subscription I…

Joined up with a premium subscription I wanted to get the collection but when I originally paid the system did not offer PayPal as a payment method so I paid with a card but 4 phone calls after that I still could not get customer service to help out they just sent the same message as always do it through the app so finely I told them to unsubscribe me then straight the fixed it so if you have a real problem it would take for ever to resolve it thanks for the experience but I really didn't need it
