Indirizzo incompleto

È ormai qualche anno che acquisto questo calendario, e non ci sono mai stati problemi nonostante la spedizione arrivasse dall'Australia. Spedivano con corriere DHL e arrivava in 10 giorni.
Ma quest'anno a causa dei dazi hanno messo la possibilità di ordinarlo dal magazzino in Olanda. Bene,lo preordino da lì così non ci saranno dazi da pagare. Mi arriva la mail il 15 dicembre dicendo che è stato spedito e che nel giro di un paio di giorni riceverò il tracking dal corriere. Il nulla.
Dopo 15 giorni scrivo per avere informazioni e mi dicono che non è stato consegnato il 22 dicembre per indirizzo incompleto. Non potevano dirlo prima? Io ho compilato tutto correttamente, chi è che non ha scritto l'indirizzo completo?
Mi spiace, ma è l'ultima volta che lo acquisto.
