I wish I had read the reviews first.. I have the same issue as a lot of people on here.. I bought shirts for a Christmas gift thinking I was buying from Australia, but only once paid I saw it was from china. Such a scam. So disappointed. And still no shirts to put under the Christmas tree.

Ordered shirts for a grandson for Christmas thinking this was a local company. Nothing arrived, tracking information is useless and Australian phone number doesn’t work!
Now I check reviews!!! 🤦‍♀️

I bought a ' Speed Cuber' T Shirt for my grandson as a Xmas gift. I ordered wrong size initially but had no trouble changing it to the correct size. The support staff answered my e-mail quickly. I am very happy with this purchase and I am sure my grandson will be pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Australiashirts.

The order was being delivered from China which was not made clear on the website when the order was made. The tshirts were required for a specific day, and when advised the company to cancel the order, they said to wait for 2 days to see if they would be delivered. They were not. The refund policy is also terrible, 30 days since date of purchase - which is impossible when the goods are being delivered from China. Do not buy from this company.

Today I received promised replacement t- shirt 👕 for shirt received with incorrect slogan 2weeks ago.
Fast service & they didn’t require me to return first shirt.
Very generous & no qualms.

These people took my money. I received half of the order which is very poor in quality and sizing.
I have asked for the rest of my order and they tell me it bas been delivered to geelong (i am in tasmania) there ph number is disconnected and no longer reply to email

Terrible.

Advertising ausshirts. Show address as Australia but import from china and won't have stock. Only order to au when you pay. Have asked for a refund as these were brought two weeks ago for a party which has now come and gone. And still no shirts.

0 stars. Product not Australian, came from China. Quality very poor. Customer Service was disgraceful!!! Do not buy from this mob.

This is not an Australian store it is from China ,I ordered a child T shirt using the measurements on the site,
I need for a 4 year old, this shirt would maybe fit an 18month baby. Tried emails etc no answer, the shirts also are as thin as paper, I mentioned i was an aged senior still no reply,

Like everyone else, I thought it is an Australian company & so, did not put down Australia as a country of destination, thinking that it would be an interstate delivery. I’ve lost over $200 over worth of merchandise

My story is the same as many on here. I thought this was an Australian company, but it is supposed to be coming from China! Wish I had know that before I ordered. I needed this to arrive today, even though it was supposed to arrive a week ago. I have tried every way I know how to contact them to find out where my order is, but there has been no response whatsoever. I can't comment on the quality because it hasn't arrived, and probably never will, but if there customer service is anything to go by, then I imagine their quality is just as crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

I would give this company 0 stars I thought this was an Australian company which is why I purchased from them so the shirts would come in time for my childrens birthdays but not only are they from China they never sent the shirts and have stopped contacting me in regards to it when I try to ask about it
This place is a BIG scam!!!

NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY!!!! Waited a month for a short after specifically ordering thinking it was an Aussie company. Arrived over a week after my daughters birthday. DO NOT BUY.

This is not an Australian company It’s Chinese and the quality is the worst I have seen The shirts cannot be worn due to the thinness The sizing for a large would not fit a child
