Excellent customer service

I would like to to thank Mathew for all is time and care to find us the best flights to Australia and other parts of air travel in Australia, we was due to travel October.
And such a shame due to this coronavirus are flights are now cancelled,
But Mathew as been very caring and has shown very good customer service and support right to the end of us getting our travel money back,
We will certainly be back in the the future if we decide to travel to Australia in the future thanks again Mathew, from carl and Robert Walton - evans

Australian tailored holiday

Until Covid-19 reared its ugly head we had been looking forward to our holiday having used Austravel previously. The standard of our tailored itinerary was excellent and the news that our holiday would not proceed was disappointing but the Company have bent over backwards to suggest alternatives for future holidays. We shall use them again.

A travel company you can trust...

Ive travelled to Australia many times and I always think of Austravel first. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have just booked my most recent flight today. It was painless! Both Paul and Zara were very friendly and honest which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them.

Reliable and trusted

I have now been to Australia twice and on both occasions I have used Austravel. I see no reason to use any other company, because they are so reliable, no there stuff, and are incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Austravel staff LISTEN

Austravel staff LISTEN! They have arranged holidays for us before, They understand that we all need different things and they are patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We are delighted with what they have arranged for us. It is exactly what we wanted. Can't ask or say more than that.

Disappointing - little care taken in preparing our itinerary.

Having paid the price of a small family car for our “holiday of a lifetime” to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, we expected a five-star service. After all, we gave them a year to arrange it. But it was far from that. The basics of flights and hotels were OK, but the travel documents arrived late, were badly laid out and confusing – just a cut and paste exercise without any attempt to tailor the details to our actual journeys and excursions. As a result, the eleven pages of closely typed text included loads of information which wasn’t relevant to us and it was left to us to work out which was. For example, it included details of different transit arrangements for if we arrived at different times, so we had to work out which instructions applied to us. In Hong Kong we were told that if we arrived before 9pm we would get a “Seat-in Transfer” to the hotel, but if we arrived after 9pm (which we were scheduled to do) an “SIC” (whatever that is) would not be available and a “private transfer will need to be used”. After half an hour wandering round the airport, we realised that this meant - tough, you’re on your own, get a taxi. The instructions also strangely included warnings that there might be disruption to the plans if we were travelling on 20th May, 10th June or 25th December (we were travelling in October).

But most annoying were the arrangements for our stay in New Zealand, which had been subcontracted to another travel company and seemed to have been put together in a rush and without any thought. Amongst other problems, we had a short stay in Auckland where we were booked into different hotels on each of the two nights, being forced to drag our suitcases across town in between.

Not impressed.

Excellent service All my questions…

Excellent service All my questions answered easily with a very fast emailed quotation within the price I was looking for.
I did receive a lower price offer, But was so impressed by the help and knowledge provided by Sharron Connor and her brilliant telephone manner that I felt Austravel deserved my business.

I was dealt with in a friendly helpful manner, Julie was fantastic as someone who has never been to Australia before and doesn’t like flying, this was going to be a task as we had to break the flights up and inc a stopover !
Well,she went above and beyond to do just that !
