What a joke!!!

What a joke!!!
I’m sure thousands of others will eventually join this 1 star review!!!

IMPOSSIBLE to set up oculus quest 2 meta.
We don’t use FB and purchased these for our kids birthday trying to set up with email.
WOW we tried all our email addresses and both me and my partners dates of birth 4 days later STILL CANT SET THESE UP NO EMAIL VERIFICATION SEND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND A VERY UPSET TEENAGE KID!!!

Absolute joke, what the H do we do now? We have tried everything from emails, downloading apps, waiting for codes, restarting, resetting, WOW! WILL SOMEONE JUST HELP US!!!!!!
