Appalling suppler. Avoid at all costs. Total scammers

Never give your money to them!Not a penny！
What they are doing is to steal your credit card information and embezzles your credit card!
It's not a formal boutique.After your payment you will not receive any order or shipping confirmation.And you will nerer receive any authentic item!It is complete scam!
What you should do is to keep the evidence and call the police to wipe out the criminal gang!!!!!!!!

Went dark on me and never received the LV item I bought. Total scumbags.

I purchased a Cartier ring from a seller on their website 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day. They even went the extra mile to check its authenticity. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 tho XD

Authdesigners scammed me out of $2002.00 on December 5, 2021. I was shopping online for 2 designer purses for my daughters for Christmas. They sent 2 emails, one confirming the order, and the second one stated that the Order #25020 status changed to Order in Transit to US. It's now February 1, 2022 and I have no purses, no emails, NOTHING!!! tried emailing info at auth designers dot com twice in January, as there is no phone number on the site (RED FLAG)!!! After waiting on the package for months, I googled the company and was SHOCKED to find out how many others were scammed!!!! Those fake reviews that they created, are all during the same month, days, and year. These fraudsters need to be caught and prosecuted!!!

This is a scam! I saw a bag I wanted to buy on the website but before buying such pricey items I always check if the page is legitimate. Spoiler: it's not legitimate!!! I looked for an address in their contact data, T&C and privacy statements. I couldn't find one. Also they claim to have an office in Berlin Germany. As I'm German I tried to find the address of authdesigners in Berlin. Result: in whole Berlin there is not one office with this name! I then wrote them an email addressing my concerns and asking them them for a legitimate address etc. They never responded! There are so many red flags so please don't send any money to this company. It is a complete scam and your money will be gone for sure!!!!

I have made an order 25028 in the Beginning of December and they stopped responding on my emails about the status etc. When I write to support, I get a reply that they will look into it and nothing later on. Even when messaging to WhatsApp they stop responding after getting the order details. I will report the transaction to the bank and other authorities as there is mora than 1000EUR spent. And to all who is considering using this service, I would advice to beware. I will revise and update the review if the situation is fixed but as of now, I an extremely disappointed.

This site does not carry authentic products or do real business. Everything made in China. ALL FAKES. STAY AWAY unless you are interested in buying KNOCK OFFS! The pedal overprice fraud and knockoff items...run! SCAM SCAM SCAM

And once they received my bank wire they never back...

Before my payment they were responding my all email but once they got The wire they done.....

Absolutely great experience ordering here. Im not sure why the negative reviews. I've used videdressing.com and vestiairecollective.com which are worse. U.S. based tradesy is a mess. Read the reviews on all these other companies you "trust". Even Amazon which is a world leader has the most negative reviews.

I ordered last February 25, 2021 but still haven’t received my order! I keep emailing but they barely reply! All I received are excuses! That’s BS! Stay away from this website! Once they got your money they will barely reply to you!!! For those who have been scammed by this website make sure to call your bank and file a dispute!!!

No one replied to the ticket at the support center. STAY AWAY from them and BE CAREFUL! It's my biggest mistake to trust this website.

I am very picky when it comes to secondhand designer bags or shoes. I only purchase real and authentic products and when I can’t lay my hands on my coveted item, I turn to websites like this.
I 100% RECOMMEND.

I’ve never reviewed a website before so here is my review. My sisters birthday comes up on February 26th and I spotted the Cartier juste un clou white gold AND Diamonds bangle listed by LuxuryThreads.
The listing said brand new Fully boxed, with original store receipt. Price? 7900 British pounds?
I emailed the customer service on January 20th with the intention to purchase. I wanted to know if the seller would be able to get the item to them in time for Authenticity verification, and later on to me.
Oh yeah, you know, Corona Virus 🦠 and delays.
An email response came in within 2 hours reassuring me my order will be treated as a priority.
Hmm nice. I thought to myself.
On January 22nd I paid.
The seller shipped my item within 24 hours. Follow up email came in 5 days later on January 27th.
Auth designers updated my order page informing me it was undergoing inspection.
I received my item today February 3rd.
Without hesitation I checked my purchase. Everything seemed quite alright. However I needed to be extra certain, so I had this checked out at a Cartier store. Authentic all the way.
And to think I nailed a 4000 discount on this compared to a new one in store.
A few items were missing though. I didn’t get a certificate. But I’m not really bothered.
The seller Luxurythread is the best. I’m so happy writing this review as I did risk quite a huge amount on this purchase.

Also........I was asked to show proof of ID for my payment to be verified.

This site is a scam.
Please dont get ripped off like the other people you will see. All reviews are over a very short period running up to Xmas except the legit ones which all the same that all they send are fakes from China(hence the long delivery times in reality). No way for a refund as it is refused after big delays in emails. Only have a PO box address and no contact telephone number. Despicable thieves.

sold me fake shoes, delivered after 5 weeks by the way, and now once they've been authenticated by harrods as fakes, won't accept return. will be informing proper authorities in regards to this, selling fakes as authentic is a criminal offense in England, wonder if they realize that.

Shoes and it took 3 months to receive , once I received it , I ended up finding out that it was counterfeit. Can’t believe the amount of fake good reviews I see on here. They probably wrote it themselves . Please stay away from this website! All fakes

Authdesigners is not a reliable platform to shop. I was absolutely shocked when I came back here and saw all the good reviews that were suddenly added within 2 days!!!!!! That's very interesting to see that after months of getting no reviews here, suddenly everyone has decided to leave a good review for them!!! Just look at the dates. It's so obvious!
Please be warned and stay away from this website. Nothing about this website makes sense, including their prices. They have no address, no phone number, and all the sellers are unknown!!
I paid $2780 Canadian dollars for a Louis Vuitton bag on this website (WHAT A MISTAKE!!) They never sent me anything! Their customer service just told me lies and gave me wrong information to mislead me for days. It's been 2 months now and they haven't refunded me yet! Don't let this happen to you and just stay away!

The seller did not confirm my order so it was cancelld. Refund took 2 working days

We purchased a bag on this website and they are supposed to refund your money after 31 days if they can't get the bag from the seller. We have not heard of any updates on our purchase since Oct 13 and they have not refunded us per their policy. So far the website seems to be a scam to us. I will update you all, but we are not pleased at all so far. Order # 12895. before purchasing check their websites, no phone number, no valid addresses, only email. also it's clear someone is putting good reviews here under different names on the same dates.

Update: Charlotte from their CS told us our item is being sent from the seller to them on Oct 6, another CS named Chole told us the item was sent to us on OCT 2nd and has been sitting with courier company since. They also say the 30 day refund starts from your Dispatch date, not your order date which is in contradiction to their website policy. We have raised a dispute with VISA. Absolutely horrible service if they are not fraud. Not worth the experience.
