I ordered the Nyxara(?) dress, It came in in late but to no fault of theres , I was happily suprised to find it fit perfectly , even if flightly cheaper fabrics were used it still fit the bill for what I desired and truly anyone can find a way to work a neeple and thread , The team was extremely nice when coming to about being a ambassador and helped me find a way to still get what I desired. Honestly I rate this place a 9/10.

This brand is a must for Gothic lovers! The designs are dark, elegant, and beautifully crafted. Every piece feels unique, and the quality is excellent. If you're into alternative fashion, this brand is perfect!

Still have not received my dress ordered 6/1. No response to the emailed inquiry I sent last month, instead received a prompt for this review. The first order took well over a month to receive, and I was happy with the cute top set, so have been hoping the latest order will appear soon, but I am getting an impression I will need to keep asking about it. I gave an extra star since I did get a timely response about a digital order. Even contributed a tip but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

I'd give these guys a thumbs-up if I could! They're top-notch. Super friendly and quick with responses. Ordered a few times, and they've always come through. Great service, great products. They're the real deal!

It’s been months and I have not received my order. When I asked customer service about this all they said was "Sorry, we get so many messages!" Which is super unprofessional. Eventually they ghosted me and just left me on read. So I ended up disputing the charge with my bank.

Do not trust this company! They've been reaching out to people asking to be brand ambassadors and offering them deals when all this brand does is bulk buy from either Amazon or AliExpress and sell it for a way higher price! Found a pair of gothic pants selling for around 115 on their site, selling for 30 on Amazon. Don't waste your money!

They contacted me via Instagram to offer me 40% off as a ‘brand ambassador’.
All items were extremely overpriced (even with the discount)
It didn’t take long to find an item they’re selling for £68.50 on Amazon for £16.16. When I provided them with screenshot evidence they are yet to respond
They’ve even used the same photos from Amazon! Just chucked a watermark over it…

Excellent service, fits true to size, comfortable, and SO CUTE!

I really like what they sell. They got stylish stuff and Ive ordered multiple times now :) Shipping works just fine, qality is okay but not 5/5 because my backpack sadly already ripped on both sides :,)
Quality of clothes and accessories are better;)
