This is a scam operated website.

This is a scam operated website.
I have ordered products through this website and had to pay in bitcoins. Sounds already suspect but I decided to go that path. So far so good. I was surprised they shipped my products, or at last it looked like they shipped it, with a complete other transport company than listed on their own website. I just filed this story for this company (ems-worldwidedotcom) well as scam, as they seem to operate in hand.
I got a track and trace link and saw my order heading for Europe. I admit I was surprised. But then half way the shipment was halted by this transport company and I had to pay extra money (twice the order value for insurance). I contacted the supplier and told them that they had confirmed the shipping was secure and insured, so not my problem.
Initially they were surprised, but later on they claimed to have been working with them for various years. So that woud imply to should have asked me upfront to pay or not fro insurance, right?
Going forward they tried to settle this and have me pay 50% of the insurance money, which is 2x higher as the order value. I am not buying for that, so I asked for a refund. Now they come back that I have to provide additional paperwork to get the refund:
1. Your license which permits you to order illegal products.
2. And a valid document that proofs you can import illegal drugs to your country.
I think apart from the phrasing, these are actions that belong to the beginning of an order process.
My advise: keep far form these guys, you loose your money.
