Very happy with todays outcome. The I never had to wait long to speak to someone which is always good. They transferred me to Dev Tripathi who explained the situation plan & clearly. I was able to follow his directions on line to apply for my documents. I even put in my wrong year of birth in which he went the extra mile to contact me and correct it . Thank you
I ordered a police check through them but had great trouble with uploading photos and documents. There is no user manual or anything to support you through the process.
I called, emailed for support but no reply. Then 3 days later, I received a call at night. By this time I wanted a refund. The Indian guy was rude and very short, told me to go through ombudsman.
Then he offered 50% back. I agreed, it's better than nothing. But didn't get anything back, nothing. I will contact the ombudsman man now since he offered 50% back. I'll also contact any other sites this thief works through. Don't use!!
