Stay away from these frauds. Spurious parts, don't know the appliances well, unprofessional guys and Managers (especially Bangalore area). Will not give you the bill and finally the machine they attend will stop working and will not pick up the calls.
I booked online a service repair for my LG TV set which was not working. The day after a technician called Aslam Khan came at home, said that the motherboard had to be replaced. So as to order a new one, I had to make an advance of 10,000 INR out of 38,000 INR final cost. I used GooglePay to make the transfer.
He should have come after 2 days. He did not.
Since then, I have no news from him and when I call him, he does not pick up the call.
After 10 days, I called directly the customer care support. Each time, the operator says that one technician would call me back, which never happens.
After 12 days, the 3 times I called at that same number, the person who answered hung up on me.
