closed and disappeared without a trace, with 2000 euros of my money.

There transparency and customer service is above any other company have used.
Any small issues have encountered have been fixed painlessly.

Been using authorizy from its inception and can only give 100% positive feedback, its been a bumpy road like all new startups experience but the transparency and frequent communication are what gives authorizy the edge for me. Real people communicating and dealing with your issue (if any) with a personal touch,not just singing from the computer screen with generic nonsense.

From initially contacting and setting up with authorizy, it was very easy. I stopped using my old merchant and swapped effortlessly.
Payments on time and fully documented on dashboard. In real time.

Honestly? Authy is great, yes they had a slight issue, which is normal for any company to have, HOWEVER they sorted it real quick, back to normal procedures!!

Would i recommend them? Yes definitely,
Will I continue to trust them? Yes definitely.

I'm a small business and looked to Authorizy to process my online payments, all very new to me. Set up was easy and payments linked to my website was a breeze to set up. I've had no major issues, only some minor issues with customers (customer errors) that I had full support from a real person to help me resolve. All my withdrawals have been authorised and paid out almost immediately, yes there was a slight delay recently whilst banks were changed but we were kept informed all the way. Since change over its been a pleasure to use and all my requests have been paid out. I couldn't operate without Authorizy.

I have been with numerous companies in my time and I must say that Authorizy is by far the best experience to date, they go out of their way to help you and unlike others I have dealt with you are actually talking to a real person giving real answers and not just some generic rubbish read off a sheet
