Extremely bad service, I actually question if they are legit

Absolutely awful experience, took my money. Service was horrendous, dragged there feet in replying. Made numerous mistakes and still havnt got back to me to rectify the problem. Even the company they used to print the book that I ended up having to do myself they printed them all lopsided so couldn’t use. I got told by one member of stay just to use them no one will notice . Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend. Any way lesson learned and now I know a lot more as I ended up doing it all myself. I don’t often write bad reviews but of this helps someone else avoid the stress, I feel I should warn others. Iv given them plenty of opportunity now to put the matter right.

I reviewed this company too early this company too early but…

The book they published has no ISBN but when I raised the issue with them they are dragging their feet in responding to my concerns and Youha my project manager who begged me to write a review for them has ignored my requests to clarify if ten copies of the newly published book I have ordered from them would come with anISBN in them and I am jwaiting for an invoice with a payment link to pay ££150 for ten copies of the book and I am not sure if they would arrive with the ISBN displayed as I have requested
I am happy to let potential customers know how this issue would be handled so watch this space
