First online session
I had my first online session and we went over sensory processing and how it affects many parts of our daily lives. It was such a great session, learnt a lot more information I didn’t know. Explanations were given very well and all my questions and inquiries were answered and very helpful responses. Can’t wait to join for the Monday session! Very informative and eye opening. Thank you!
I found the sensory awareness session very helpful.

I attended todays on line session with Sarah and it was really informative and interesting to learn more about executive functioning and provided an insight into the steps needed to help my daughter develop skills to help her cope with everyday life. The information regarding dopamine and the social media aspect was really helpful and has given me a starting point to help her further, thank you for holding this session, I hope to be able to join more to gain even more understanding.
Knowledgeable and engaged presenters …
Really knowledgeable and engaged team providing excellent training and knowledge transfer opportunities. I learnt so much about executive functioning, sensory processing and the anxiety /stress inducing challenges my son and daughter face which has been invaluable to help me to help them to understand more about themselves and to teach them to self advocate.

very informative, received alot of information to try. School is unhelpful and this has given me some guidance on things we can do at home.
Excellent training sessions
I attended online training sessions with Sarah covering sensory issues, ADHD and ASD. As a parent of a recently diagnosed AuDHD child, Sarah’s insight and knowledge was so welcome and needed. She provided a welcoming and safe space where I could also share mine and my child’s experiences and struggles and provided sound advice! Thank you Sarah!

Sarah Jane was fantastic
Sarah Jane was fantastic. I really enjoyed the session. My son and I are both neuro spicy and although i know and understand a lot about how our brains work already, it was so useful to think about it in terms of a lack of skill with regards to executive functioning. i shall recommend that my husband attends to, as it would help him to understand us more too. I will certainly be interested to attend more sessions. Thank you.

Executive functioning and adhd
I have just done the adhd and executive functioning education session. I found it really good as I understand more the difficulties we face as a family. I just wish I knew a way to strengthen our difficulties with it without trying to get my children to do the workshop too. I am hoping I can convince them
