Absolutely terrible service, I ordered the wireless back up camera with stated delivery 3 to 5 days, that gave me 8 days before my trip, it's now 10 days and still no camera, no e mail, and the tracking says "preparing order" this is a breach of consumer law. If I knew it was not going to arrive in time I would have bought a different manufacturer. I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

I was recommended the Auto Vox Solar 3A Plus by a friend and I truly haven’t been disappointed. It’s an excellent addition to my caravan as it allows great rear vision and also makes reversing so much easier. Extremely easy to install and set up – it’s a great product.

I have Auto-Vox D6 Pro dash cam. In January 2025 my car was hit and damaged by a driver who flee. AutoVox recorded so poorly (video can be attached as evidence) that the offenders registration number plate is NOT VISIBLE - even that he drove 1 meter away from me! Thanks to Auto-vox I have no viable evidence to recover money from his insurance. But it gets worse - 2 months ago D6 Pro started making irritating automatic announcements "insert the sd-card". The card was always installed, so I took it out, cleaned it and inserted again. Didn't help. To diagnose if the auto-vox dash-cam has failed or if the sd-card has failed I have inserted sd-card from my phone and Auto-vox damaged it!!!. I lost 10 years of my personal data! I wrote to autovox who responded they will send me a replacement camera, but they didn't. I therefore followed up multiple times, and received no response. Given above I believe have all the reasons and evidence to state to everyone - think twice before you buy Auto-Vox products !!! Total financial loss so far: £2,000 (another camera, damage repair, new SD-cards) !!!!!

I have A Solar powered wireless Backup camera, twin Pack. First got Only the Single one but the Second Was send after, so its ok. Installation was easy, to have the camera in the middle of the car i modified the holder A bit. Startup time (until you have connnection and See something) takes some Seconds but is fine for me. Time to switch between cameras could be faster. Unfortunately the are no guidelines when displaying both cameras at once. Night Vision is not Bad, in A City absolutly enough.

Overall quite useful product and ok for my use case.

I've fitted and used this now for weeks, hasn't needed charging up yet. On front licence plate and I've put a ferrous plate on monitor and it attaches fine to dash magnet I have. Accessory of inline switch and USB feed a boon. I've added to mine week by week, cable, carmount fitting etc as I've realised it's benefits. Great kit and customer services exemplary. I don't know where the other review gets it, I've been on to a Gigi in Customer Services regularly and couldn't be any more helpful.

I use this wifi-camera since 4 month, every day on an 10 meter truck and it works wthout any problems.It was very helpful for me and saefty for people and things behind me.Thank you!

I cannot see to reverse in my mini and have been worrying about it and thinking about purchasing one of these for about a year now. I SO wish that I had done it sooner !
I put off installing it as I thought I wouldn’t be up to it - but if I can do it in less than two minutes then literally anybody can ! 🤩
I am just delighted with this gadget - it has changed my life - I can now reverse without thinking that I am going to crash into something or somebody !! 🤩
My mini is a soft top with the most appalling blind spots on either side and with the smallest of plastic windows that mist up when it rains and does not have a windscreen wiper.
THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION, BELIEVE YOU ME !!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and suggest that you order one asap !

Absolutely love this little camera, gives confidence when reversing my 7m motorhome. I managed to install it myself, I'm a female well over pension age!!!
I have been using it for 6 months without any trouble at all.

My reversing camera was broken and I urgently needed a new one. I consulted ChatGPT and immediately ordered the camera from Autovox. Delivery was supposed to take 5 to 7 days, but it arrived after just two. The instructions were concise but clear. Installing it on the back wall of my camper was very easy. The camera can be magnetically attached using the included metal plate. The system was up and running in 10 minutes. The image on the monitor is clear and bright. I only just received the camera, so I can't comment on the battery life.

I have been using their Solar 1 pro since I first bought it in 2021 and it is still working well. Now I have bought a new car, so it is natural for me to use their new products. This time I chose the Solar 3A Plus, and it is still performing well. I have recommended it to two friends.

The package arrived quickly. Instructions were clear and quite easy to understand.
I first tested the camera by walking around the house. Great range of wireless connectivity and clear image.

I have shopped with this company before and have always been provided with a 1st class service, However my last purchase was not so smooth, I ordered the solar A3 twin camera pack and received the single pack trying to get the missing camera is proving to be very difficult, from tracking number that never moves to just being fobbed off, been reported to PayPal

I am grateful for the quick response by auto vox when I ran into a series of questions about our back-up camera. They clearly provided instruction and understanding of how the camera and monitor work. We have used the product once and it is working as it should.

An awful company I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I ordered a solar reversing camera from them that they claimed was delivered 3 days ago but have yet to receive. I have contacted them on several occasions and have either been ignored or I have been told to get in touch with courier service again. Really? They have my money, I do not have their product and I have to deal with a courier company who is also not responding. The customer service is appalling, avoid at all costs. Not sure how to progress now. I just want a refund.

Excellent piece of kit for my caravan. The wireless camera connects quickly to the monitor in my car making it easy to see what’s going on behind my caravan. Great for reversing and really useful for rear vision while driving.

Easy to install and worked straight out of the box.

What a great and easy way to fit a reversing camera for very little money. No complicated need to try and wire into your car electrics, it works off solar and you can fit within 10 minutes. Vision is excellent.

I ordered the solar 3a Plus, arrived very quickly, it was very easy to fix to the vehicle, I had intended to fix above the number plate, but found it stooped me opening the hatch, so at first I put number plate lower down so it didn’t interfere, only snag I found was it shaded the number plate when lights was on, so I decided to fix it to the bottom of the hatch and it works fine, in fact I think I prefer it fixed there than above the number plate, the video quality is very good , sharp and clear, and I have it set for 90 seconds which is a long enough time for any reversing,

I purchased a auto vox solar backup camera for my 2004 Toyota 4runner and it was a game changer the shipping was fast and the camera quality was higher then expected. It's been the best purchase for my SUV and makes hooking up my trailer super fast and easy.. highly recommend this company and products.
