AUTO-VOX makes great backup cameras. They work right out of the box and have a great image quality. They provide wireless and solar options which is a plus. Kaya and Erin have been great help when communicating and they are always prompt to respond. I have a few different products of theirs and they haven't disappointed me yet. I hope they will last for many years to come, but only time will tell. The products are well built. So far, I would recommend their products.

Being a senior citizen I bought my first solar backup camera a few years ago. I needed a little help so I contacted customer service. They very kindly walked me thru the set up. It really was so easy! Because of their help and the camera worked so well, I have bought several for my family. I’m impressed with how well the cameras work and how easy they are to install. Because of the customer service, the quality of the view and the ease of installing, I won’t buy from anywhere else. I just got another one a few days ago. Thank you!!!

I received this unit and I am overall very pleased with it. The rearview mirror is solidly built and was a bit bigger than my OEM unit. I did the bench test as recommended before I did the install. Everything was fine and I cannot stress how important it is to do this; do not skip it.

Do not buy from these scammers took my money now won't refund me or answer my numerous messages steer clear of this company

I was looking for a second connector cable to use the camera on a caravan and a trailer.
Kaja from the support team in China was very friendly and helpful. She organized the shipment and explained the process.
The camera works great. I use it permanently on my caravan, not only for pulling back.

If I could give these people 10 stars I would.....I don't usually write reviews, but I must in this case! I had some trouble at first. These folks walked me through and even sent replacement equipment. Awesome!! I purchased the solar wireless reversing camera 8 months ago and it was brilliant. Then all of a sudden the battery failed and wouldn't charge up. Contacted seller and Vicky sent me a new camera free of charge and now it works fine again.

I purchased the TW1 wireless backup camera some time ago. After the install was completed the camera and corresponding monitor functioned flawlessly until recently. The camera is mounted on a pickup truck. My preference is to back into spaces versus pulling straight in, therefore I use the camera a lot. I also installed the accompanying solar panel which does a good job of keeping the unit charged. Unfortunately, the battery suddenly died and would no longer hold a charge.

I contacted customer service explaining what happened. After confirming that my attempts to re-charge were valid Auto-Vox agreed to replace the camera free-of-charge. A couple of days later I had my new camera. I charged, installed and tested the new unit which works.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

An amazing company. Had a problem with DAB radio interference after fitting V5 dashcam. Customer services were so helpful and supplied replacement part by return. They even followed up to make sure everything was now OK.
Now works perfectly and is an excellent product.
I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service! I purchased a dashcam from Auto-Vox and the product is fantastic. However, I ran into issues with installation. The customer service rep was quick to ship out the proper mounting bracket at no charge. After receiving the proper bracket, I realized my vehicle had a different style fuse attachment than what was provided. Again, the customer service quickly sent out the proper attachment at not charge. The rep, Kaya, followed up with me a few times to verify that I received the parts and that the installation went well. I highly recommend products from this company!

The product is wonderful, but the thing that has won my loyalty is the customer service -- absolutely, unbelievably wonderful. When my third purchase stopped working, I thought there was no recourse, but decided to try Customer Service. This kind, patient person named GiGi offered several suggestions (that didn't help), and then offered to send me the newest model, gratis. She did, and when it came, I installed it in minutes. Worked perfectly on first try. It is pre-paired, which is a great improvement. Thank you, GiGi, and thank you AutoVox!

I have been very happy with the Auto-Vox V5 PRO. Front and rear cameras and rear view mirror are high quality. I recently had damage to the rear view camera and received excellent customer service from Kaya who coordinated a replacement camera and followed up with me several times to ensure satisfaction.

Bought a great rear view mirror for my van. All worked great, but the camera failed.

Going back to the company they have updated the camera to make it more robust and provided a discount to purchase which was well out of warranty.

Customer support was fantastic.

The customer service was very professional. Always answered my questions. I felt like I was an important customer no matter which product I purchased. Will definitely recommend.

I purchased a back up camera from my Rv last year September 2022 and was so impressed I opted to purchase another one to use as a trail camera on the front of my jeep while offroading for this year while we are in Arizona, important to see what you are about to go over before you actually climb onto it. Also got one of their Pet/Child monitors. We use it to view the dogs in the back of the van which is normally dark because there are no windows in the doors or side panels so it makes it tough to look back and find them but with the camera, I can just glance at it and see them just fine. I had an issue with the solar panel on the RV camera and contacted them and they quickly within days had a new panel on my doorstep. That is the kind of customer service you want.

We got few wireless back up camaras from Auto-Vox. It's easy to install and have good signal. I've used it for travel trailer so it's about 30' from the camara to monitor and still works really good. Very happy with the products. Reliable company.

I purchased the W7PRO and I simply love it. I have a camper on my truck and needed a way to see behind me and forward as well. This system was so easy to install. It only took a few minutes! The picture is great and so easy to use. Only issue I had was connecting the wire to my back up lights which really wasn’t that difficult. I’ve used it now for a few months and I highly recommend!

I bought the M1 Baby Car Camera. This camera is great. Very high quality video, and video is clear in night time. Installation is straightforward and easy.
