While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Auto Aleya is a car rental company in Sofia, Bulgaria, renting only new Audi and Volkswagen cars, with an average fleet age under 2 years. With us you book a specific car, not a category "or similar". The model you choose is the model you drive, so you know in advance whether your luggage fits and whether you get 4×4 for a winter trip. We deliver the car to Sofia Airport (Terminal 1 or Terminal 2) or to your address, arranged in advance. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time to your actual landing. What is included in the published price: - insurance, with your liability for damage limited to the deposit amount; - the Bulgarian road vignette; - unlimited mileage; - free 24/7 roadside assistance in Bulgaria. You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the rental starts. The rental contract is digital, in Bulgarian and English, and you sign it with an SMS code. The condition of the car is documented with photos at handover and at return. We offer short-term rental, long-term rental, corporate rental and replacement cars. In winter all our cars have winter or new all-season tyres, and snow chains and child seats are available on request. Auto Aleya is run by its owner, with more than 20 years of experience in the car business.
