Had a new tyre fitted. Drove around the corner and when I restarted int car the tyre pressure warning displayed on the dash stated that instead of 230 at the front the new tyre was 250. Also it highlighted that the other tyre pressures needed adjustment. Clearly AutoBay hadn’t checked the tyre pressures as any normal garage would do. It was after 5pm so I took my car back the next working day to have the tyre pressure reset only to be told “it wasn’t that far out”. Despite the warning on my dash saying it was far out!! No apology for the inconvenience they had put me through having to take my car back. They acted as if they were doing me a favour by sorting out the tyre pressure!!! Well I might be female but 250 instead of 230 is unacceptable.
AutoBay isn’t what it says on the tin anymore. Either get more staff or stop selling tyres. Oh and stop treating female customers like dim-wits with your bluffs. I won’t be going back.

Dave at Autobay Fleetwood is definitely my go to guy. Works are completed in a very timely manner. I've had never had an issue in the last 4 years of dealing with this company. Keep up the good work 👍

Autobay Poulton le Fylde. Absolute first class experience from beginning to end. From the first phonecall with Agatha and then Sharon, my courtesy car being dropped off by Martin and the lovely Kevin who telephoned to say the car was ready. All the staff are happy, positive and keep you informed all the way along. My car took exactly 3 weeks to repair and an amazing job has been done, they even cleaned inside and washed and polished the car beautiful. They returned my beloved Mercedes to its former self.

Great service but after sale issue gets resolved after a while with regular chasing the company. Still give a 5 star as price is very competitive.

AutoBay Unit IBM Mancetter Square peterborough Cambridgeshire PE4 6BX is in my opinion the best dealership and gentlemen that i have dealt with. Very professional and polite. Very fair and i would recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for a vehicle that they can rely on.
