I look for Oilchange. And offer I got was for 595Dkk with 4 liters of oil and oil filter in the price. I knew I need more oil and they also told me that in the place I choose.
What I did not expect. I was charged 228DKK per liter. For cheapest oil. I can see this oil for private person you can buy for 398Dkk for 5 liters. Which means they charge me almost 3 times more for that oil. So, you get good cheap offer for oil change and then you pay 3 times more for extra oil. And it all takes 2h.

I will only use them in general unless i have a great rapport with a garage which is not always the way.I like the offers and pressing the one which suits me with no hassle.Yes very good.

First of all, you provide a very detailed information about what is wrong with your car, explain the situation and send for an offer. Apparently all offers come from the system automatically without any car mechanics checking them.

So I took my car to the mechanic, which the agreed price was 950kr. Then they said fixing this problem will cost me 4500kr??I asked if it will cost more than 4000kr, why did they even puıt 950kr. They said it is an automatic offer.

Secondly, I got another offer for a yearly service, changing the oil, filters etc. The agreed price was around 800kr. Then when I took the car to the mechanic, he asked 2000kr so he can fix other things and put a good quality oil. So basically he says if I pay 800kr, he will put a low quality oil and will not fix everything.

I can't explain how much frustrated I am. Everytime I need to take the car to the car mechanic, I spend my whole day from work and then if it is not fixed in the same day even for a very basic job, then what is the deal getting offer, booking a timeslot, getting a fix price?

Never ever again and already told my friends not to use this website

This website has been extremely useful for laymen on car repairs like me. I have been able to make many quotations, find the best price and high rated workshops.

Autobutler.dk did a great job to find the BEST working places,prices and more to help me choose a good place around where i live.
Really super good job.
Now i have to wait to the exprience i will have next monday by the working place they recomended and see.

I have used Autobutler a couple of time and my experience with them was usually above average. This time I have used them to find an offer on the annual car service and brakes change, they were really helpful. They made sure to find a workdshop close to me as per my satisfaction and it was on a good price.

I find their on phone costumer service very helpful and keen to reach a solution. They were open for discussion and listen to the task at hand very carefully before they could help me out.

What I didn't like, was the waiting time on the phone to reach customer service. There was no call back system in place.

Stay away from this company. They keep calling me 4, 5 times a year and I keep asking me not to call me. They do not treat they customers with respect. I've promised myself never to buy anything from them ever and regret sharing my cell phone number doing so. They are the most aggressive company when it comes to calling people. This time it was Josephine who promised me it is not gonna happen again.
