Hi Mike,

Hi Mike,

I wanted to let you know we filed an injunction today with the court. It will be served to Autocaller AI for failing to respond to our request to retain all call information related to 407-ddd-4577.

Recently I received a text from 646-759-4158, and we responded with the same request.

As of 2/11/2026 there at 17 separate TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act Violations) that we have documented. Currently Autocaller AI's exposure for these calls is $7,000 in penalties owed for the calls made after the request to be removed from the list.

I am looking to settle without a lawsuit for the $7,000 currently owed for the TCPA violations. I am willing to sign a settlement agreement immediately.

However if you fail to respond and I am forced to continue with the court process I am entitled to reasonable time fees which will soar to $20,000 or more within 60 days.

I have been victorious over 60 times against companies for TCPA violations. I stonrgly suggest you make sure Legal is aware and contacts me directly.

SIncerely,
Tim Daniels

I recently reached out to a…

I recently reached out to a representative from Autocaller named Sam Chang, hoping to learn more about their services. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

During our conversation, Sam repeatedly used casual and dismissive language like "lol" in the middle of a serious business chat. He later became disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any professional interaction.

If you're considering working with Autocaller, I strongly advise caution. Professionalism and respect are non-negotiable in business, and sadly, I did not receive either from this interaction.

There are plenty of companies that treat their customers right don’t waste your time or energy on those that don’t.
