A very pleasant experience using Autocraft Kirsty was reassuring, and explained how they could sort everything out for us, stress-free. We were kept up-to-date with everything that was happening step by step from the day the car would be booked in,until the day we collected it. They sorted out the hire car and everything went smoothly.
The car body work was perfect when we collected it. A great job and I would not consider taking a car anywhere else.

The time to do it was a proper pain.
Initial assessment done, work not fully completed. Than loads of phones to rebook the car to finalise the work.
Initial time frame: 14 days. It took more than a month

My car was fixed quickly and to a high standard, and I’m really pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. Excellent service. Took my car for an assessment, then had a call within a week to get repair fixed, really quick turn around, car looked great after repair was done, staff are friendly and nothing to much problem.. had to return car for minor things but they dealt with this promptly.

Very straightforward to book my car for collection. Great communication throughout … professional and friendly. Car returned looking clean and the damage mended without trace. Highly recommend.

Comunication was good. Very good quality repair although there was a long wait for parts to do the repair which meant the car being off the road for many weeks. After the repair I collected the car and I was able to leave the rental car with Autocraft for collection. I was very pleased that my car was ready and had been valeted to a high standard . Absolutely superb customer service from everyone involved... Especially Kareem with his constant updates and professional approach.

All good overall — the repairs were done well and my car runs smoothly. The only downside was that I wasn’t kept in the loop about when the work was finished, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, a reliable service.
