I paid them £60 for a visit and never heard another thing from them. I read online that an engineer does sometimes call but they want another payment before they will come. I haven't had that call yet. Reported to credit card company.

This company is a scam on the 6th of October my car broke down contacted them and they sent a mechanic out found the fault and said it would cost £834 to fix and take 2 weeks to get the parts paid by bank transfer then all I got was excuses so on the 20th of November I my tried to cancel and now all I get is abusive text and when I phone I get cut off.
Contacted my bank and was refunded .
DON'T GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE.
