Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend autoesa.cz Prague Sterboholy and especially the salesman Mr. Černý, when I thought back on what and how he actually does, I feel really bad. His learned manipulation of the customer within the framework of the review (probably rewards or bonuses) is really beyond the edge of decent behavior. I hadn't even said that I was taking the car and the learned or necessary, very embarrassing and pathetic behavior began. He calmly told me to go to Google Maps right away for Auto Esa and write a positive review directly for him (we saw each other for about 4 minutes), I didn't even bother to ask him or better yet, as preschool children learn, "SORRY LIKE" is probably light years away from Mr. Černý. When I couldn't open the review on Google Maps right away, he brazenly interfered with my phone and pointed it at me, checking what I was writing there. I don't know if it's an order from management, but if he wanted his name there, I don't think so. Mega Embarrassment. A few minutes drive (about 3 min.), around OBI Praha - Štěrboholy and the parking lot quickly back, you drive at 1,2,3 speeds (maybe 35 km/h), just to do what's necessary, empathy with him 0, helpfulness 0, PROFESSIONAL APPROACH 0*, it's clear that he does his job out of necessity and very reluctantly. At 30 km/h you really don't check the brakes, toe-in or steering. If you ask him about the registration and registration information of the car, he says nonsense and vague information that is not actually based on the truth at all. You're actually annoying him. As I later found out. I don't do reviews on Google, but I really had to do this. So for me, if I'm ever a customer at Auto Esa, then with Mr. Černý NOTHING and NEVER. And as Seneca says: “The greatest part of life escapes those who do wrong, a great part to those who do nothing, the whole life to those who do what they do not know how to do.”
So be careful who you have the honor of working with. Given this situation, I will have the entire MOT done.
P.S. >Two STARS are for the clever lady in the office (I hope I am not confusing her with Mrs. Nela), she is a professional and a person in her place. She knew everything perfectly, explained it and arranged it completely. I send Thumbs up! And thank you to the office.
