Smooth, easy, and good rates!
I was struggling to find availability in Brisbane - there is a shortage of hire cars post COVID - but Auto Europe showed me what companies had cars and what branches they were at. That and a very good value rate!

I booked my car hire and the credit…
I booked my car hire and the credit card details were provided. I was asked what countries I would travel in so as I am staying near a border I put down France, Germany and Belgium in case I decide to go to any. The form told me that my booking needed to be referred to the car hire company. I have not received confirmation - I don't know if my booking is confirmed or not. I am concerned that if I need to rebook prices might change. I am unclear how to clarify if the booking is in place or not.
Update. Some hours later no follow up. Phoned company who confirmed my rental is approved and they are dealing with a backlog / will email confirmation later
