I do not recommend. I will never order from them again. I ordered several pieces, including a plastic headband that, in addition to arriving with a broken fastening ear, someone tried to repair it with other cracks. I contacted them and the solution to the problem was to give me a discount of 9.7 Ron for ordering a new product, significantly less than 2 euros and the product was worth 20 euros, or return it. I find this discount approach dishonest. The honest thing to do was to refund my money in full, especially since someone from their team tried to trick me
I have already contacted customer service where I provided them with pictures and explanations regarding the product defects and they came up with a mocking offer, namely to offer me a 9.7 RON discount on the next order of the same product or to return it. Considering that whoever was in charge of delivering the product tried to repair it because it was clearly cracked, I do not find the offer fair, they tried to trick me by repairing it. It is clearly visible in the pictures that I sent to your colleagues that the product has cracks in several places and before shipping someone tried to repair it. That is not considered a new product from my point of view. I will not accept the offer to return the product because after this incident I cannot trust your colleagues.
