If I could give no stars then I would

If I could give no stars then I would. I booked for a window chip to be repaired today, my slot was 9.30-12.30 by 1pm nobody had arrived or communicated with me. After being on hold for half an hour I am told that they have to cancel the job and reschedule. So a bank holiday Monday wasted I am now having to take my three children to stand in a car park for half an hour while they do the job tomorrow as otherwise I have to wait another week to get the job done and the car is being collected by the lease company on Wednesday. Absolute joke of a company! The person in the call centre was like talking to a robot, I assume he must be bored of all of the upset customers calling him as I doubt I am the first!

Beware. You get what you pay for.

1/31/21 I had my windshield replaced. Air was leaking inside the car. Also, the inside piece from roof to dash was badly scratched up. The second windshield was replaced. The replacement was worst than the last. No air was coming inside but they did a sloppy job. Molding was warped in several places. Black glue was sloppily placed and some got on the headliner. Careless to say the least. The housing that sits under the hood was not bolted down. Plastic trim pieces were not even snapped in place. The windshield fluid line was inoperable because they had placed a loosen plastic piece over the tubing which disable the fluid outtake. I talked and talked with employees, regional managers who were there because the two employees, that I was dealing with, quit there. Promises of call returns were broken. As of this date 5-27/21, I am still waiting for the regional manager to return my call from 3 weeks ago. No one follows up on anything. No records kept, so I have to explain everything all over again when a new person picked up the phone. I’m done. I’ve been fighting this for almost 4 months, so now legal matters are in pursuit. My refund of $225 would be nice to receive, but companies like these are not reputable to do so. If you have a piece of junk, sure, take it here. If you have a car you want to sell fast, take it here. But, if you take care of your car and keep it for a while, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. They do not take any pride in your car or take the time to resolve any issues brought on by their incompetent employees.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE TECHNICIAN

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. They are very unprofessional in the office. I called to make an appointment after getting an online quote and was not given a timeframe, I had to ask. I did not get any sort of confirmation email or call. It was a 6 hour timeframe. They advised the technician would arrive by 4:00. At 4:15 no one had showed up and I had not gotten any calls or updates. I called and they said they’d have the technician call. He called and was very rude off the bat and stated it would be another hour before he got here. I advised that would be a 7 hour window and we have plans so if he can get here by 5:00 that would be ok. He got very rude and argued the timeframe with me and hung up on me. His name is Jordan and is apparently the only mobile technician this company has. I tried speaking to the GM and she refused and told the receptionist to tell me Jordan wasn’t rude. I’d gladly pay double to avoid using this horrible company.

I am very satisfied with my results

I am very satisfied with my results. My windshield had a big crack and it just kept spreading. They fixed my windshield and the wait wasn’t long. I got there before my appointment time and i was still able to check in and get my windshield fixed. The customer service was great. I would highly recommend this place !!!!!

Great price, done fast.

Needed to replace my wife's windshield. Looked around on the net and found the average price around $370. Asked for a quote here, someone called me within a couple of hours and quoted me $175! Scheduled me for the next morning. The next day, they replaced the windshield in 40 min while I waited. Great service, great price, and the windshield looks fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great company!

This was so incredibly quick and easy! I dropped off on Monday and my vehicle was finished before its scheduled time on a Tuesday! I am amazed and so appreciative.

Awesome service

Awesome service! Had a window smashed during a visit to Little Rock on my way out of town and they went out of their way to repair it so I could get on the road. Everyone there was thoughtful and professional! Cannot thank them enough for their assistance!

Worst ever

Had an estimate and an appointment for 10am, it’s 1:15 now and still not done. They didn’t even pull my car in until noon and now they say they had to get someone to pick up the windshield. WHY do you have an appointment when you don’t have the windshield!!! And no one has come to explain anything to me while I’m sitting outside. Instead I have to ask three times...worst customer service ever!!

On April 13 2021

On April 13 2021, I went into Auto Glass Now LLC at the Parma location for my scheduled 11am appointment. This appointment was to replace the windshield on my 2018 Ford Escape. I purchased this vehicle in July 2020.
Upon completion of the service, Jake started to back out my vehicle from bay 3. As I stood outside watching him back out, I noticed a long scratch on the back bumper that started from the drivers side so I yelled out “Hey” in shock as to what I was seeing. As he continued to back out my eyes swept towards the front to look at Jake but instead landed at the corner panel of the front drivers side bumper where there was a very prominent, fresh and long scratch as if it was keyed. The paint from this was still coiling up and hanging from the bumper. At this point I yelled, “What the Hell!!” My voice and shock is what stopped everyone in there tracks. Jake got out of my vehicle, only to state that he did not scratch my vehicle, therefore he left me standing there never to return or explaining anything to me. Another guy, I am assuming came up and immediately stated that the scratch did not happen in their shop, to which I clearly showed him that it was a very fresh scratch and still coiling. A heated exchange occurred and he said I could watch video. I said yes but as I sat and waited no one ever came back and the guy who offered for me to watch a video simply returned to another customer and began fixing his vintage truck and talking with that customer instead of dealing with me.

I left, practically in tears, went up the street parked and called back stating that I will return the following morning(April 14 2021) to review the footage. So I continued on and after getting off the highway, I took additional pics of my vehicle. The scratch that had the coil hanging is now gone, hence, further proving that my vehicle was damaged at the glass shop. Had my vehicle had this scratch coming into the shop, there would not have been coil, fresh coil hanging.

Second day I went to view footage, but not before going to several body shops, including Ford (who does not do body anymore) to get estimates of the damage to my vehicle. Upon entering the store, I was received with hostility but the very person, Jake, who worked and damaged my vehicle(this is not alleged). Mind, you that the day before he ran for the hills never to approach me again until the next day. He even got to the point where on of his superiors had to remove him from the office. He kept walking towards me not even 5 feet from my face and WITH NO MASK ON! I hope that was caught on their video because in my preparing to defend, I stood to gain distance and ready to fight!
After several confrontations and heated disputes, all while reviewing the footage, one can see that there is no visible scratch before Jake serviced my car. And I can clearly see my vehicle UNSCRATCHED as Jake is pulling it into the bay. Also I recorded the footage from my iPhone. They refused to provide me with it or email it to me. On the video that I recorded you can hear conversations between me and a supervisor and General Manager (didn’t get names, but I do know faces and voices) But there is one name I wont forget and that is Shannon, the self proclaimed Vice President. During all the heated exchanges and my grievance, again she is one that did not come to see or hear what was the issue, but she did come into the office after I said several curse words to the General Manager in his defense! She she yelled, raised her voice and threaten the police and also put me out. Mind you, I have video of the entire exchange! Now I have video and pictures that substantiate my claim. I never stated that the damage was intentional, but surely it happened during the servicing of my vehicle.

*** I must also state that it was told to me after the fact that all managers and store employees were made aware of the damage but no one informed me. In my video you clearly hear the General Manager state this and I asked why wasn’t I made aware because if you are disputing the fact that a fresh scratch that was visible and of no fault of your employee then why not make the customer aware: “ Hey Ms, did you know you had a scratch on your car?” On the inspection sheet, it shows that it was marked, the scratch on the front bumper as well as chips around the windshield. But if you did a thorough inspection, the scratch on the rear bumper was clearly visible but not notated on the inspection sheet.
Also, note that I signed before payment and right after payment… at no time did I realize or was told that an inspection was made to car. No did I see one being made in the footage or with my own eyes as I was back and forth from the lobby to parking area(work area) and I also have short video where I was looking through a window into the work area. So NO! There was no inspection that one can visible see via video footage or directly!11

Great value and service

Being budget conscious, I shop around. I got a quote for my Subaru windshield from Auto Glass Now via email that was significantly below their competitors. They were even able to schedule me for same day service in their shop. Though they were packed with customers, the receptionists were extra friendly and were able to have my car ready within 2hrs. as promised. Great value and great service - enough so that I bothered to write a review here.
