Transporting my Subaru from WA to AZ went smoothly. The pickup trailer was too large for our neighborhood, so we arranged a nearby meeting spot. The driver didn’t speak English, so we used a translation app, which was a bit awkward but worked fine. Delivery was on time and without issues. I would use Tony and Auto Haul Movers again.

Great experience, I hope to work together again

I am writing this to share my experience regarding the pricing and carrier selection process at Auto Haul Movers.

I was initially quoted $400 for vehicle transport and paid a $150 reservation fee. However, after the deposit was collected, the price for a "reputable" carrier increased to $900. When I asked about lower-priced options, I was presented with a $700 carrier that I was informed did not have valid insurance and had a history of prior damage claims.

Because I was not comfortable with the safety risks of the lower-priced carrier or the 125% price increase for the reputable one, I requested a refund. While the company did eventually refund my $150 deposit, the discrepancy between the initial quote and the actual cost of a safe carrier was significant. I advise potential customers to confirm carrier insurance and final pricing in writing before paying any reservation fees.

I called several car hauler transportation companies for quotes and Car Haul Movers LLC instantly responded with a quick and straight forward quote. I spoke to Alex Brown and was very helpful with the process. Not only was the service easy going but the customer service done through Alex was immaculate. Many other companies tried asking for double the rate but Alex was able to cut the rate down and collect the car the next day. Would highly recommend for anyone transporting any vehicle even if it's of high value (my car was a F80 M3 and had no issue transporting). It was an easy save in my phone contacts for a car transport company if ever needed in the future.
