Bought Autel Maxisys Elite 2 pro diagnostic machine. Before purchase, I carried out a check with Autel coverage for what things it can do, so I confirmed that this autel covers the features of my car, so I went ahead and purchased this device. I was thinking when you have a valid subscription you can do anything that's not true! It asks you to purchase a separate subscription to unlock a secure gateway. What a joke! This wasn't mentioned anywhere! Autel coverage stated that the features I need on the car are covered. Plugging in my new device is so frustrating it has only 1 adaption in Engine ECU available. What a joke, so either the autel coverage is lying or this device which i bought from this device is not genuine. Around £2,000 spent for nothing. Not happy 1 star.

All the advertising made for the last generation of Launch X431 PADVII PAD7 Elite is deceptive. First they advertise 2 years of free updates, that is the first lie. It is only one year. Secondly, you need HAINES PRO interface to use it, which costs minimum another $1000. Another lie. Key programming only up to 2017. We paid $2000 for a big screen with very few testing and fixing functions. Then they sent me a link with vehicle coverage with extra payments. I have proof of everything said here.This tool is useless, very few functions and makes covered, save your money.

These people are liars and when something goes wrong will not reply to any form of communication. Which in this case is WhatsApp. would avoid at all costs. Chinese rubbish

I bought an item and they refused to refund me back even if i was in the 30 days refund limit . Bad company

If we will not take in account that delay for dispatching was for almost 3 weeks, it is great seller. Ordered some stuff after and received very fast. Good prices and support. Can recommend.
