So my car was conked out for few days, I rang up auto king, they gave me a towing number and got my car towed and fixed within 2 hours!! Defiantly will be going back to these guys. Thank you

Been there three times in last ten days but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Won’t Recommend it at all.!!

I took my 911 into the garage for a flat tyre and I immediately felt that the facility was properly equipped for my car - the the young guy who found the issue was efficient and knowledgeable and for a fraction of what I expected to pay ( a new tyre ) he got me back on the road

Only garage we will use in Boro! Son took his car in because engine management light came on. Got him booked and seen within 30 mins. Minor fault (dirty fuel from another garage). Was advised to buy a cat cleaner, given directions to a local garage to buy it and didn't even charge him for the diagnostic to check the fault! Guys have always looked after us no matter if servicing, MOT, tyres etc. They treat every customer respectfully, don't try and rip people off or speak to customers like they're stupid. 1000% quality staff and amazing service. Keep it up guys!

First time I have used this garage and I will certainly be using them again when I need to. First class service from Tommy and his staff and when I asked for a price to replace my battery he had one of the lads do a battery check which he said indicated the battery was perfect and did not need replacing.

Excellent service, vehicle was checked over and fully serviced. Left spotless, thank you!

I never leave reviews but these guys deserve one!

I was experiencing some issues with my car and after having gone to a few different garages who were absolutely useless a friend recommended AutoKing and I am so glad they did! I cannot thank the lads at AutoKing enough for everything they have done.

I turned up at the garage without an appointment and explained the issues to one of the lads on reception, I also explained to him I had gone to a few different garages and they were unable to help but charged me for their time! Without even looking at the car, from my explanation the lad was able to tell me what the issue was and turns out he was correct! He booked me in straight away, was up front about the pricing and told me it would be a couple of hours, I asked if I could wait to which he took me to their lovely waiting area and even gave me free coffees, he kept coming over to make sure I was ok and ask if I needed a top up! I was able to relax, enjoy a coffee and even watch as my car was finally getting fixed!

The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly, their pricing is very reasonable, you can tell unlike other garages these guys actually care about their customers and are not just trying to make a quick buck!

These guys deserve far more than just 5 stars, I would recommend them in a heartbeat and safe to say I will always use them going forward. My car was fixed in the estimated time and has been running perfect ever since. A huge thank you to AutoKing, you have gained a life long customer!

I have used this garage for many years an I am always confident that the quality of work an customer service will be of high quality.

Terrible company, I recently tried to order a tyre for my father only to be told the price of the tyre was plus VAT and plus fitting, I queried this and was told I was still wrong, in the end I got one from another garage. The following day I emailed Autoking with screenshots of their prices that clearly stated VAT and fitting was inclusive, I am still awaiting a reply from them which I have NO doubt will ever arrive. A small footnote as well regarding their tracking service, someone else posted about Autoking's ineptness whilst having tracking done, I experienced the same with them, since having it done the car has never driven right and the computer printout they gave me still had red readings on some of the wheels. They fobbed me off with some reason for it and guaranteed that my tyre's wouldn't track off over time, I am now no longer convinced of this. How do companies like this expect to prosper when they treat customers like this??? I for one will never set foot in the place again.

I was taken there today (bank holiday) by the AA, having broken down and needing replacement discs and brakes and a caliper. I was feeling very stressed. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. They sorted out the problem and brought me a hot drink while I waited.

Fantastic service, called saturday lunchtime with urgent need as brake stuck on, disc destroyed ..... got there, parts ordered and I drove out 90 mins later all sorted !
I'm not going anywhere else anytime soon ! back there next week for some tyres. Really nice people to deal with, can't recommend enough.

Thought to be a good garage with good service. But turns out our experience depends on which staff is in at reception. Been told different things over the last two days how modes of payment works. Male staff at reception this time very dismissive. We have money to pay for the service but is just really disappointed with how dishonest he is with us.

First time I used AutoKing and I will definitely be using them again. Staff are very friendly and professional and they resolved the issue straight away and their prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

1st time I have used this garage and I xant speak highly enougth of them, Tony did everything he could to help me and get me back on the road,

Went to get tracking done and they end up putting the wrong parts in so I had to wait an extra few hours. Claimed to have fixed the car however there were more problems than before and then when I took it back they were telling me about 5/6 different problems that had nothing to do with the damage of the car. Would not recommend going for tracking or other repairs. Also they were asking for £400/500 in total for repairs after already spending £100.

I recently had my MOT and service done at Auto King. The customer service there was excellent and the whole job was done quickly and professionally.

There’s no over charging in parts or labor either and to top it I got a discount on my service because of my modified air filter.

Highly recommend.
