An Essential Tool for Running a Modern Repair Shop

We recently started using Autoleap, and it has quickly become one of the most important tools in our shop.

From day one, it’s been incredibly easy to use, not just for us on the back end, but in a way that truly improves the customer experience. We rely on it heavily to keep everything organized and transparent. The estimate approval process is one of our favorite features: customers can review and approve work digitally, which makes communication clearer and decisions faster with no confusion.

I also love how easy it is to document notes, conversations, and details directly in each customer’s repair order. Having everything in one place makes a huge difference when managing multiple jobs and following up with customers professionally.

Adding parts through PartsTech is seamless and saves us a ton of time, which means we can focus more on the actual repair and less on admin work.

On top of all that, the implementation consultant we were assigned has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us set things up the right way for our shop.

Overall, Autoleap has made our workflow smoother, our communication stronger, and our customer experience better. We couldn’t imagine running our shop without it.

Great Product

Great customer service especially for the onboarding process , Julia was great ! I am also doing my google ads with them as well and I love how everything is all in one place and that they have knowledge of the automotive industry.

Great for our Racing/Performance shop!

I just recently adopted AutoLeap for my small performance/racing automotive shop. So far it's been really helpful in creating workorders and assigning them to technicians, communication with clients via the inspections, and in giving us more internal data on technician productivity and profitability that we didn't have when we were just using Quickbooks to invoice work. We are certain it will help us reach our sales goals going forward!

Far better than Reynolds, CDK and DealerTrack

The program is relatively easy to process and understand how to use it. The people are great and on the spot with help when needed, Our trainer Emile is fantastic! and always upbeat and ready to help in any way needed. Ive worked at dealerships my whole live been with Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack and this system is by far easier, better, and far more responsive.

Helpful company man ehren

We have ran into many difficulties integrating into this system but ehren with the company has been very communicative and willing to figure out the issues. They hope on a call with us every other week to discuss improvement and difficulties, and have made the process of integration far better than we would have hoped

The easiest POS to learn

The POS software was really easy to learn. It allows me to break apart the customers invoice in separate subcategories making it easier for customers to understand and view. Love the feature of being able to email the customer the invoice where they can pay online before the pick up their vehicle.

Bit to learn, but well worth it.

While it has a bit of a learning curve, Autoleap makes sure to have lots of people to train and help onboard you with as much or little help as you need.

They make sure to take lots of time to train everyone from the owners down to the techs and everyone inbetween. And if there are any questions, they go out of their way to find an answer and help.

Well worth the time to learn how to use it.
