Auto Loss for the win!

I found Autoloss on a web search and am grateful I did. They were able to coach me through dialogue with the insurance adjuster to get thousands more than they were originally willing to pay. Excellent customer service and well worth it.

Don't waste your time with Autoloss

Don't waste your time with Autoloss. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using Autoloss DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, Autoloss heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. Autoloss provides zero communication with the Insurance company. That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than Autoloss will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.

I just googled and found them on line…

I just googled and found them on line so was t sure if it was legit😅 but I took the risk bc it was a money back guarantee if I did not receive more than I was offer before. I was offered $1,300 the insurance company told me they would not offer me more. But the letter Monica wrote me up miraculously made them change their offer to $2,500 so I’m very happy with the out come!!

I engaged Autoloss for an estimate of Diminished Value…

I engaged Autoloss for an estimate of Diminished Value (DV). I provided this estimate to State Farm. The at 1st denied the claim stating the State of Virginia laws do not require them to cover DV. After reviewing Autoloss reviews, I found that Virginia does require State Farm to cover DV claims. I provided State Farm with the documentation. They initially came back with a lower offer. I then filed some additional claims based on additional cost incurred. State Farm then covered the full DV claim plus 2 of the 3 additional claims I filed. With the info Autoloss provided me, I was able recover all losses to my satisfaction.

Definitely read all the low rating reviews. Monica is responsive and very quick when it comes to everything just to collect the $300+ fee. Once she has that fee, she disappears into the beyond, never to be seen or heard from again. All she did was fill in a template that had to be amended and the wrong report was initially sent out. She virtually does nothing and you basically pay $300+ fee for a free template you can find online. The entire time I was dealing with Progressive myself and I regret truly using this service as they did nothing for me and I had to send numerous emails to them and ask for a refund just to get them to respond.

Conclusion: Just talk the insurance company yourself as this company doesn't do anything for you anyways.

I recommend Autoloss to anyone having a disagreement with their insurance company on a valuation and can't come to a settlement. My adjuster was NOT budging at all with the valuation for my total loss. They were initially offering 14500. After sending Autloss my valuation from Allstate, I paid the appraisal fee, and received a report form Autoloss the very next day. I ended up getting near $18000 for my vehicle. Well worth the $500 I spent. I am so glad I decided to invoke my appraisal clause. Everyone should know their rights when it comes to insurance. Autoloss recognizes this and advocates for you.

Proceed with caution

Initially, the communication goes out in a timely manner. Autoloss includes instructions to the client. After the initial letter, there is virtually no support. The response is to "read the instructions " which I had. The insurance company was not going to pay and Autoloss offered no assistance and refused to refund the money I paid. They offered $100 but I don't count on it. I would certainly not recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Autoloss

Autoloss helped me get the asked for appraisal on my vehicle for a diminished value claim. Monica promptly returned my emails and call and the information she put together was thorough and cited the law for my state specifically. When I submitted the appraisal to the insurance company I didn’t have to negotiate for the max amount; they automatically accepted it and the transfer was initiated that day. I appreciate all the help and support along the way. I highly recommend Autoloss to take care of your claim. They guarantee their service and will reimburse you if you do not get within a specified percent of the appraisal value.
